  I was I need of a brake change so I called for a quote for all four wheels to be done. With just a brake pad change for disk brakes was over $1000.00 to change JUST BREAKS NOT ROTORS. I was 4 hours away from home and instead of getting my brakes changed I rode 4 hours on bad breaks. I am just gonna do them myself when I have the time this is insane. I was told by the lady on the phone there are not any where else really in defiance Ohio that will do it cheaper so that’s the price and you don’t like it have a good day!!! Breaks are 50 dollars a wheel who charges 800 in labor for brakes. Never will recommend them. Heck I don’t even really review ppl that often but the world needed to know about NO GO MONROE!!!!!

  I was traveling through Bryan for work. Tire pressure alert came on and tire pressure dropped rapidly. I had to be near Detroit, MI in three hours for a business meeting with my management. It is a 2hr 5min drive. Tire had two screws in it and one could not be patched. I had to get out of there in under an hour. Steve and the technician were excellent! They understood the importance of my meeting and the urgency of the situation. They got me up and running and changed the tire in about 45 minutes. That included the time spent with my fleet car company to try to get approval which also takes time! SO happy with their service and professionalism! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Keep it up guys!

  If i could rate zero i would, booked an appointment have a screw taken out of my tire and patched. But when i got there, there was a note on the door that said they were closed today and tomorrow.
