  Was able to go in on my way to work this morning, spoke with several employees that were all so polite and helpful. And although it took a little longer than 15 minutes because they were down a person, they were still great about keeping me informed. Will definitely be doing all oil changes here in the future.

  And I quote "people are always trying to get something for nothing." You have no business being in management. Nobody was trying to "steal" an oil change. I will be talking to your district manager and have notified corporate about you. I hope this costs you your job. While you're at it why don't you review my customer history and see how much money I've spent with your company. You simply do not treat customers this way. Don't give these people your money. All they are trying to do is rip you off. You can buy an oil change kit and do it yourself for about half the price.

  The team here are all superstars. Effective teamwork, dedicated work ethic, ingenious problem-solvers, fast workers and funnier than expected. Can't lavish them with enough praise, they deserve it and more.

  Overfilled engine oil and refused to accept responsibility. Showed literal proof of the overfill and they even apologized and stated that they overfilled it. Could overhear them taking about it. They pulled out a “universal dipstick to test oil level on my sealed CVT transmission and couldn’t get an accurate oil level due to me seeing dryness on area just below fill plug. Very confusing experience. The lack of experience and knowledge was apparent. You don’t check a sealed transmission with a dipstick you check it through the overflow port located on the side of the transmission. Also had to tell them to run the vehicle in order to get an accurate ATF level. Put in for a claim due to this. Also noticed the ATF dispenser electronic dispenser that tells how much was dispensed screen wasn’t working so they guessed when they did it the first time and couldn’t have accurately determined the amount they put in my transmission. Somehow that allowed them to determine an exact number they put on my receipt which I now believe to be untruthful. Would not recommend service here. Had to show them where the transmission fill plug and overflow was. Ridiculous
