  Took my car to this shop with a slow leak in the left front tire. They told me they found no leak. A couple months later I brought the car in to get the front tires replaced and specifically asked if replacing the ABS seals is included. They assured me or was. Lo and behold, the slow leak remained. Took the car elsewhere and had the problem fixed. This wasn't my first serious complaint with this store, but it is surely the last - they've screwed up easy stuff. Not sure what happened to this store. I took my car there for 10 years without complaint, then the quality went way south. I paid for quality and safety. Didn't get either.

  I purchased a set of four new tires about eight months ago. The purchase included a free oil change. At the time, I had just recently gotten an oil change, so I asked if I could use the free one later when I actually needed it. They were adamant that I could use it at any time in the future. However, when I returned roughly eight months later to redeem the offer, I was told that the coupon for the free oil change had expired five months ago. This was very frustrating, especially since I was clearly told at the time of purchase that it would not expire and could be used whenever I needed it.

  DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I dropped of my car for new rim and a tire since it was involved in a crash. Initially I asked for a quote and they gave me and I also asked for alignment since I’m getting a new tire and rim.job was done I came to pick up my car then they told me my rear lower control arm was damaged and I need to replace it but they CHARGED me for the alignment.if my control arm is damaged why bother doing it on only 3 tire making the job pretty much useless .now I need to get the alignment done one more time after replacing the control arm.i always go to discount tires this is the first time coming here I wanted to try it since it was right next to my house.NEVER COMING BACK. Thank you

  I set up a 9 am appointment online at 7 am for the Feedwire location, I received a confirmation text and arrived at the Feedwire location at 9. Jim at the front desk couldn't find my appointment in the system and when I showed him the confirmation text he said "I don't know what to tell you" and turned away . Thank God for Josh who went out to my Jeep, pulled it into the shop, had my tire checked and provided guidance for future tire needs.I was able to go back to my office within the hour. Josh is fantastic and I will go to this location only when it's time to buy a tire, based on how he deals with the public. Jim needs some training in customer service immediately. Not friendly or professional at all, which is not the image you want to present.
