Your Agent John Clark

Being a real estate agent means I spend a ridiculous amount of time on the road, and unfortunately, windshield and window damage is just one of those occupational hazards.
Last week, I was driving behind a semi when a pretty good-sized rock shot out from one of its tires and absolutely hammered the passenger-side window of my Jeep. It sounded like a gunshot went off inside the vehicle. Funny enough, when I looked at the damage, it pretty much looked like a gunshot too.
After checking my insurance, it actually made more sense financially to just pay for the repair out of pocket rather than use my deductible. Safelite made the entire process incredibly easy, including giving me the option to have someone come directly to my house and replace the glass on-site.
I was lucky enough to get a guy named William, and this guy knew exactly what he was doing.
The original estimate said the job could take anywhere from two to three hours. William had the entire thing finished in about an hour, including calibrating the camera system on my Jeep and making sure everything was good to go.
I was so impressed that I actually asked his permission to shoot a video because I wanted to specifically brag about the service I received from him and this Safelite location.
This isn’t my first time dealing with the Safelite on Yankee Street either. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use them a few times over the years, and every single time they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of me.
But today, they exceeded expectations.
I cannot recommend this location enough. Great communication, great service, incredibly efficient, and they clearly have people who know what they’re doing.
And somebody at Safelite please high-five my man William for me. He did a phenomenal job and, more importantly, saved this Realtor some very valuable time today.
Five stars all the way.
