  Scheduled windshield replacement online, very easy to use. Updates to appointment and service and completion thru out the repair was excellent, guys did a great job, was complete in just about an hour, would definitely recommend Safelite...

  Went to the Dayton Ohio location. They were great and very professional with replacing my windshield! Hopefully don't have to. But, will definitely use them again if I need to!

  The only negative is that I got too many e-mails, texts, and voicemail messages reminding me of my appointment :-) The guys at Safelite did an excellent job of replacing my windshield and performing the recalibration associated with all the electronic features of the car. It's now been 5 days since installation and I went through a rain storm and NO leaks! Great bunch of guys and a friendly disposition. Safelite on Yankee in Dayton Ohio gets an "A" from me.

  Had some issues with fit of non-factor windshield, so worked to get factory replacement...final installer was awesome

  Submitting a request and letting Safelite handle my insurance claim was so easy I thought I had done something wrong. Troy was informative, very friendly and professional. He gave me a heads up call, worked with me to find the right parking lot and car. He explained everything well, confirmed what the insurance claim covered, and did a wonderful job on repairing the crack on my windshield. Its still there, but less noticeable and I feel better knowing it shouldn't spread further. Im very happy with the overall service from searching the site to thanking the technician after he finished. Should I ever need to replace the windshield, I know I'll feel confident using their service again!
