  The employees were very friendly and professional however, they have replaced the windshield three times in my vehicle and still have not been able to calibrate it which now means I have to take it to a dealership. It has been a headache and great waste of time and now I still have to try to figure out how to Get the dealership compensated for the calibration that Safelite said they could do. I would’ve just taken it straight to the dealership, if this was told to me upfront. And Safelite has told the insurance company zero deductible was collected however the deductible was taken from my account on Saturday and I have not seen it been credited back. I just want the windshield fixed and operating properly so the safety measures in my daughter’s vehicle all work correctly.

  Safelite Tech man William was kind very polite very professional explain curtiously & paitently when I had any questions. SAFELITE & GLASS I STALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & THUROUGH SAFELITE IS THE SAFEST WAY TO GO 😃

  Had Justin from Safelite come out and replace the windshield in my late 90’s model chevy truck. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and performed the job professionally. Highly recommend Safelite.

  The replacement of my windshield was flawless. I really appreciated that they came to my house rather than me having to go to a location. This particular job was especially challenging due to the height of the truck. The weight of that windshield and the difficulty was increased because of the age of the truck so all around outstanding job.

  The Safelite team was incredibly efficient. They reached out the day of to let me know that the time slot before mine had opened up and that I could get in early if I was able to. I took advantage of this and arrived early. They had me out in an hour and a half and the windshield has set flawlessly. Follow their instructions and you’ll be in great shape. Big shout to the team for keeping the waiting room clean and well stocked with coffee and water.
