  I made a reservation 2 months out for a refrigerator truck They rented it out the day before I was to pick it up Did not call to tell me Did not even have an option of a non refrigerator truck just didn't seem to care at all I spend as a small business 7~8 thousand a year on rentals I will never ever use this sad excuse of a company

  Family member drove from Texas to Ohio, and he was really happy with the service and professionalism . He said they deserved 5 stars.

  Terrible service buy the 7 truck from them as is I understand but with all the batteries dead and they didn’t want to replace them so my driver got there waiting with no one helping him

  Dropped Truck off for service and after they fixed it,they leased it to "a friend " despite the fact that they had SEVERAL other Trucks to leased out. The Truck I dropped off had a refrigerator and APU.....that's why they lied and acted like we was done with the Truck.

  Penske forces you to sign something agreeing to their rental agreement but they will not let you have a copy of the rental agreement until you sign they paper. After much convincing they reluctantly gave us a copy. Then they want to scan your face with biometrics to confirm you are who you say you are (which they keep on file for a "year"). Instead of using their eyes and common sense to look at your face and your license and compare the 2 like people have done for 50+ years. Also if the vehicle breaks down you are responsible for the tow and repair of the vehicle. What world are is Penkse living in? There are multiple rental companies in the Dayton area. Look elsewhere. (So how do you know if they maintain their vehicles properly or if their mechanic didn't have a bad day and makes a mistake and you're now responsible for it? Or what if they want revenge of Penske and they do not do a proper job. Of course they immediately respond with AI computer-generated nonsense. Look elsewhere and READ THE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! They do not deny anything I said or the AI did not I should say.)
