  I had an above and beyond experience with the service department at Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton. I found a bolt in my tire after getting off work and started making calls around 3:50–3:55 that afternoon. I first called Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek, where I normally take my vehicle, and asked if they could either patch the tire or provide me with a loaner. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help with either. I called Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton next and explained the situation. They didn’t have a loaner available either, but instead of just turning me away, they told me to bring it in and they’d get me taken care of. These guys stayed over to make sure my tire was taken care of and got me back on the road as quickly as they could. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and made me feel like they actually cared about getting me taken care of, even though I wasn’t a regular customer of their service department. That kind of customer service goes a long way with me. They took what could have been a really frustrating end to my workday and made it about as easy as possible. Honestly, the experience was good enough that when it’s time for our next vehicle, I’ll probably come back and take a look at their inventory too. If this is how they take care of someone who didn’t even buy their vehicle there, that says a lot. Huge thank you to the service team at Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton. TJ, Jason and the service team that got me back on the road you guys absolutely earned the five stars!

  I would like to recognize Chad as a great salesperson! This purchase was for a very high mileage (211k) Toyota. There was some confusion around the payment being offered online versus what they could actually do. Chad went out of his way in partnership with his sales team and looked at multiple different payment options. I appreciate his willingness to work with me to get the payment to the maximum I could do. I learned how difficult it is to get the financing for an older higher mileage car, but in the end, Chad and his team made it happen! And they cleaned the car up real well upon picking it up! I would like to also recognize that I was able to get more info about this vehicle, after hours, than I have ever been able to get from other dealerships, which kept me interested to start out the buying process. Thank you Chad and the Team at Wyler Acura in Dayton!

  Dont go! Far from honest. Car was advertised as available and we were ready to purchase. Found out that the GM was holding it for another potential buyer and said it was sold. We got the email that said the price had been reduced and we took it for a test drive. When we returned to begin the paperwork the GM refused to sell it to us. "He said I dont care." Sales rep was a good guy, management is not .

  The service was great! Jason was very thorough, professional, and concise while still being conversational and friendly. He’s a great guy. They respected my attempt to diagnose the issue and provided exactly the service I requested. My car is running great, and I will definitely give them my business in the future!
