  After a stressful experience moving, Enterprise made finishing our move quick and easy. We rented a 3/4 ton truck to retrieve a trailer out of state and every step of the process involving Enterprise was a breeze. Emily was so kind and helpful to us and everyone we worked with were professional. Pick up and drop off of the truck was simple and quick. We'd highly recommend choosing Enterprise Truck for your truck rental needs.

  Emily O’Connell was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Lift gate was perfect for lifting heavy safety deposit boxes for a job.

  James was amazing. I thank you so very much sir. It' was a fast and smooth and quick process/transition. Very clean cut, very professional and I would highly reccomend a 'James" at every enterprise. You had all my paperwork ready for me to sign, go over truck, its condition and be on my way!. Thank you for fighting for my pocket and not trying to squeeze every penny out. Agreement was very fair. And I would tell everyone . If u want and honest fair professional agent. James is the idea key to enterprises success. Thank you James 😊 again. I will be coming back to see you soon! Did I say way to go buddy! Your momma should be so proud!!!!

  We flew into Dayton to rent two trucks for a round trip to North Carolina and back, and the entire experience was outstanding. Emily O’Connell, the assistant manager, went above and beyond from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with from the moment we picked up the trucks. What really stood out was her commitment to great customer service. She even stayed a little after hours to make sure we were able to return everything smoothly without any issues. That level of care and dedication is rare and made the whole process stress-free for us. If you’re renting in the area, I highly recommend working with Emily. Truly a great experience all around.
