    The car was an upgrade, as to what I was expecting . (Very Nice SUV ) Everyone was very friendly . I was picked up at the Auto Body Shop Thoma. The Enterprise driver was very friendly . A very nice young man . The office people was wonderful . I will use again . I highly recommend them .

    We rented a 15-passenger Mercedes Benz van from Enterprise's Downtown Dayton location on Friday, May 29th for travel to Chicago. From the moment of pickup, the vehicle displayed a warning light indicating it needed additive. We contacted Enterprise repeatedly on Friday to flag our concerns — and received no meaningful assistance. On Monday, the van entered limp mode, rendering it unsafe for our return trip home with a group that included multiple adults, children, and an infant. We began calling Enterprise at 9:30 a.m. and made over 20 calls throughout the day. We were repeatedly told exchange requests had been submitted to Chicago-area locations — but when we called those locations ourselves, none had a replacement available. We were also told Enterprise could not provide two smaller vehicles because our reservation was for a single unit, leaving us with no workable solution whatsoever. We were told escalations had been submitted. No escalation representative ever called us. We sat stranded in a disabled vehicle from 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Our group is missing work, school finals, and critical medications. We are being held in place by a vehicle Enterprise rented to us and has refused to replace — while receiving nothing in return. Due to Enterprise's failure, one member of our party was forced to purchase a last-minute flight home at $333. We also incurred hotel costs due to the inability to return home safely. Enterprise provided a vehicle that became inoperable, ignored repeated warnings before the breakdown, failed to secure a replacement, refused reasonable alternatives, and never followed through on promised escalations. This constitutes a clear failure to fulfill the rental agreement and left our family stranded with real financial and safety consequences. We are formally requesting: • Full reimbursement of all out-of-pocket expenses — airfare ($333), hotel, and any additional costs incurred • Appropriate compensation for the disruption, stress, and safety risk imposed on our family • A prompt, substantive response — not another unanswered escalation We have retained documentation including call logs, receipts, and photographs of the vehicle's warning messages, and are prepared to provide them upon request. We expect resolution — not acknowledgment.

    I had to get a rental car due to an insurance claim from someone rear ending me. They sent me to Enterprise and while I initially had some issue with the first car smelling of stale smoke, they quickly resolved it with a different car. I received exceptional service from Devon, Bryan and Clarence.
