  Best rent-A-Car team in Dayton Ohio they get the job done and if they can’t get it done, they gonna get the job Love going to enterprise at 500 North Main St. wouldn’t go to no other enterprise

  The team here is absolutely AMAZING!!! Extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help work around your needs! I cant remember everyone's name but the manager is GREAT Clarence is always smiling and just as polite as the rest of the team! They make renting a car as painless as possible and very quick, i HIGHLY recommend them! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

  Absolute worst location to go to. I highly do not recommend every time I make a reservation here. It’s always a super inconvenience but a major inconvenience today. They have caused me to miss an important family graduation and they don’t even let you know that they don’t have Cars for your reservation just left me sitting and waiting for them to pick me up you have to call and find out yourself. I’ll never spend one dollar with enterprise again. I have never been more disappointed in service and the employee Donovan is extremely disrespectful and rude to the customers They offer me no resolution or discount so I am pretty much getting nothing for the poor and ridiculous service I received today

  I was very happy with the experience I had with Enterprise. Reading some of the reviews I can sympathize with their frustration. I know every customer is valued at Enterprise. That being said, they're not perfect. Even if you expect them to be. If at all possible they will work to accommodate you. I realize that im not the only customer they have. Car rentals in the greater Dayton area is demanding. Walking into a location and expecting to be given any car you want is not the going to happen. Im sorry to tell you that even though they strive to get you into a car, there are only so many cars in the greater Dayton area available for rent. I made my reservation online through the website and went to the branch to get my vehicle. The car class i reserved was not available, but.... they gave me an upgrade to a nicer vehicle. On previous rentals, if I had an issue, they offered me a discount or compensate for the gas. Enterprise has the newest cars in there fleet. I have never gotten a car that was older than a 2024 and most are 25's. I haven't had one with a mechanical issue other than being overdue for an oil change or a low tire. They should do a walk around the vehicle with you. It's your responsibility to comment on any damage or scuffs/scrapes. If you notice one and they miss it, say something. I have rented from other car rental companies at the airport. Hertz has a machine that scans the vehicle when you return it. If it detects any little defect the vehicle didn't leave with they will charge you. Enterprise doesn't do that. The staff at the north main location has always treated me with respect and kindness. They have provided me with the best of customer experience I could ask for. Not happy with your experience? Go try Avis, Hertz or others. You'll be back with Enterprise!
