  Just took my Pacifica in for routine maintenance - oil change and tire rotation. It was convenient to schedule this online for 5 pm - right after work. Service was busy, but Bobby had my paperwork sitting on the desk and got my car in quickly. Less than 30 min later, I was out the door with my services complete. I appreciate the Service team at Dave Dennis for making it easy to schedule service and for being on time, I'm sure that the end of their day is busy, too.

  ⭐ 1 Star I had been in the market for a Ram 1500 and was genuinely interested in purchasing one from this location. Unfortunately, my experience with Billy was very unwelcoming and ultimately made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, and customer service plays a major role in deciding where to spend your money. Because of the way I was treated, I ended up purchasing my Ram 1500 from Performance Ram instead. I was prepared to buy, but the customer experience made the difference.

  We have bought 3 trucks from this dealership in the past 5 years and we came into look at a RHO. We asked for a test drive and the salesman called over the sales manager. Billy came over and said we couldn’t test drive due to him “not feeling comfortable”. He then accused me of buying a Hellcat a few months ago and having the cops at the dealership. Which I have no clue on what he is talking about. Then he said he thought “I looked like the guy that did” and that it wasn’t me this guy was all over the place!!! He was slurrying his speech and was very unprofessional. Will never buy nor step foot into this dealership again! **** Response to the owner! We did not once say we were only interested in Pre owned, we mentioned we were also in the market for a pre owned but we’re trying to put numbers together on a new. Wish we were told it was a “High performance vehicle” rather than being falsely accused of “ Having a Hellcat and flooding his dealership with cops” and that being the reason why he gave for not being able to test drive. I say thats pretty close to profiling customers. Went down to Performance Dodge Ram and had a headache free experience and ended up trading in for a RHO.

  I waited about a month before posting this review to make sure my repairs were done correctly. This experience wasn’t a 5 mostly because of how long it took to figure out the issue and having to bring the car twice to figure it out. That being said, Robert turned the whole experience around. I spent a few hundred bucks on a week-long rental 1 week while they had my car, got the car back, and it went out on me again. The 2nd time I brought it back and Robert made sure there was a loaner available for me. They figured out the issue, worked out all the details with the warranty company, and got me my car back ASAP. It was a long process but I’d come back here over the other dealership who couldn’t even bother to do actual troubleshooting on my vehicle. Thank you Robert for turning the experience into such a positive one and I’ll certainly be back for any big or dealership-related maintenance/repairs.
