  My family and I bought a van last year and our salesman was Ryan Barker. Let me tell you, I’ve bought several vehicles in my past and I’ve never had a salesman like Ryan. Most salesman just want to get you in and get you out so they can make a sale… Not Ryan, he was very professional and treated myself and my family like his own. He went through the whole process with a fine tooth comb to make sure we understood everything. There was nothing “fake” about this guy. We ended up having a couple issues with the van a day later and Ryan was on it with the communication and they made everything right with us. If I ever purchase another vehicle from a dealership, I will choose Ryan Barker at Dave Dennis. Thank you Ryan, for everything!

  I’ve bought 2 vehicles from Dave Dennis since Oct 31st, 2025. The first was a Grand Cherokee L and just 3 weeks ago a Rubicon X. To say the process was seamless would be an understatement! The sales lady from my first purchase has since moved on, but Aaron was very informative and great to deal with. The salesman on the Rubicon X was Jordan and Aaron, again no pressure to buy anything, which was great because I truly had no idea what I wanted. Neither of them got frustrated with me and they ran #’s on 5 different vehicles for me. In the end, I chose the Rubicon and couldn’t be happier! I will definitely recommend them and I will be a return customer again

  We had a great buying experience with Ryan Barker!! My husband is extremely happy with his “new” blue 2025 Dodge Ram 1500…which replaces his much older blue 2014 Ram 1500. Ryan was great to work with and made this “change” for him nearly seemless…the man is not one who loves change. Ask for Ryan when you are looking for a much needed upgrade!! Thanks Ryan!!!

  Forced to pay out-of-pocket for a service that is 100% free under the corporate Jeep Wave program.The service advisor flat-out lied to me, claiming he "couldn't fix it today" because the Jeep Wave program was under my husband’s name. Jeep Wave is a factory contract tied directly to the vehicle's VIN, not a person's name. Any competent advisor can edit a local service ticket name or run the VIN through the Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) database in seconds. Instead, he gave me a classic dealer brush-off, telling me to "mention it next time and it would be free." This is dishonest billing and a complete failure to meet basic customer service standards. I will be contacting Jeep Wave corporate to open an official complaint case for reimbursement and to report this location's non-compliance.

  I would not recommend buying or getting your Jeep serviced here. I bought a 2026 Jeep Gladiator Mojave (I love), but the service department and the sales manager(Aaron) are arrogant money hungry know it alls. I bought the car from a salesman (Jordan) he was great and (Billy) was good to deal with also. However, Aaron made it all about him and what he could do to make a dollar. The finance guy was good until I said we will not purchase any extended warranty on the car because I bought it new (I don’t keep cars that long). He missed that we had money down and treated us as if we didn’t matter. I was refunded the money later. The service department… I don’t know where to start. I dealt with the service advisor (Mike) who scheduled my appointment, KNOWING THAT THEY CAN NOT WORK ON ANY CAR THAT IS A 2026 (I scheduled it Friday). When I got there I was unaware that they could not work on it(8am) and I made the appointment 3 days before. After several hours I was told that they would have to send my car to a Goodyear to get service because the dealership could not do it. I asked to send it to another dealership and they do not deal with other dealerships is what I was told. Any car that is a 2026 they send out to other (third party) places to get worked on (non dealership). I picked up my car and have another appointment. Will not recommend them the dealership or the owner. Can not make anything right and refuse to own up to any wrong doing. If anyone has any questions about this post email me.
