  My car battery died in the parking lot, and replacing it was much harder than expected because of how old the car is. John went above and beyond to help me, taking his time to make sure everything was installed correctly and safely before I left. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. José was also a great help, and everyone there was incredibly kind, but John especially stood out for his dedication and effort. I’m very grateful for the help and service they provided.

  Late night trip. Customer brought the wrong parts. Cought one of the best parts guys ever. Very helpful got my Customer back on the road at the end of the night. Very happy and pleasant Customer care. Thank you and very much appreciated.

  I cannot say enough about the staff at store 754. My sister and I went there this evening because both the driver and passenger window were stuck down on her 2015 Subaru Forester. Jason B. came out to the parking lot and began helping us to determine if it was a possible fuse issue. He was kind, patient, and explained everything he was doing. No thanks to the info on google or even in the manual; we left there with both windows up just before the rain started, & with the knowledge that the 7.5 fuse in slot 21 controls the windows😉! He showed kindness and didn’t mind sharing ones most priceless commodity … his time. We will definitely come back for future vehicle needs.
