  They couldn’t check a filter because the screws were stripped. They wanted to tell me where to take my vehicle to have the screws replaced. It was there fault.

  5/11/26 , 7:30pm Monday night . Manager can check cameras if he wants to call bs. I don’t appreciate this particular locations seemingly disrespectful and immature employees using the back parking lot like their personal little hang out spot , which apparently includes blasting music after business hours to the point things in my house start vibrating . I had the pleasure of sitting through two full songs. Go home and hang out at a club or friends house like normal people and stop being so loud , disrespectful and obnoxious to the entire suburb of houses/people around the area , especially on a late Monday afternoon . People have pets , are listening to shows , trying to enjoy dinner etc , and I know this is cool and funny and rage bait etc for you , but for everyone else respecting their noise level, it “totally isn’t the vibe, bro!” Have some respect . Work is work . Go blast your music and hang out somewhere else if you don’t want to operate like a regular professional business like everyone else seems to be able to do , particularly the tire shop next door ….. maybe..take some notes?

  Very excellent service…Bryan and his VIOC staff have did a great job…also Michael and Joey from the Graham Road location helped my State Road location. I have been a customer of VIOC for over three decades, keeping three of my vehicles working great.

  Whoever was working this morning (4/14 at 9am) and scanning in cars was SO rude. I left and won’t be back.
