  From the manager to the techs, all excellent while doing my oil change, checking fluid levels and filters. Very polite and professional.

  Fast, thorough and efficient place!!! I REALLY needed an oil change and had recently received a coupon via email so, why not?!? When I got there, there were cars getting worked on in both bays with additional vehicles waiting; gentleman waved me to which line I needed to go to & came to car to inform me that they were working on vehicles and would get to mine as soon as they can; I only waited for 20 minutes which to me is awesome and while I was waiting they had a supply delivery so YES I didn't have to wait long!!! I could tell the guys were doing an amazing job because I could hear them communicating with each other on what was done, looked good etc; when they were done, the gentleman went over everything that they did to the vehicle and also let me know that my battery, tires, brakes and wiper blades looked good; will definitely make this my go to place for regular oil changes!!!!

  After I got oil change my wife was driving home from work and the car ran out of oil and was stranded on the side of the highway. I travel for work with the railroad and couldn't do anything. I had to call while I was in Chicago and get it all handled the manager wanted me to tow the car to them which was 200. The manager went to the location to meet my son in law and stated that it was nothing that they did. Upon further investigation the oil filter got pinched and broke which caused my Atlas to break down. NOW AFTER ANOTHER OIL CHANGE FROM VAVOLINE THE SAME LOCATION THE CAR IS IN THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THE OIL CHANGE MESSED UP THE COMPUTER BY RUNNING OUT OF OIL AND IS GOING TO COST ME MORE MONEY. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED. The manager did do another oil change but it has nothing but caused issues with our vehicle ever since got the oil change
