  I had an amazing experience at tire choice. Dennis was honest, fair and incredibly kind. He went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, and I appreciate this so much!! Tire Choice on State Rd. will be my choice in the future for tires.as well as, maintenance. Amazing service. Thank you so much!!

  Thank you to the gentleman at the 2850 State Rd. location for trying to assist me, I arrived a little after 6P and he informed me that a tech left early due to a family emergency and told me that their sister store up the street may be able to assist. I went straight there, apologetic, I asked if they could check my tire, I was checked in, great. A couple women came in to pick up a vehicle and he started assisting them so the tall tech came out slamming things and visibly angry that he had to work prior to close. So I told my son to come on and I met him at my car and asked him to give me my key since he was clearly frustrated. I then went back to the door and thanked the other gentleman for his help. I literally had made up in my mind that I would give the tech a tip because it was almost time to close...but I just decided to leave. I can put air in my tire again and take my business elsewhere.

  I will never come here again dishonest service took the two idiots a hour to figure out an oil change on a car l've brought her as well as my previous owned cars. It does not take 2 people to complete an oil change that this business also specializes in 30 mins. 2 older guys one wore hat one heavy set. That sat around playing in my cars menu. The car is a 2017 Honda Accord EX in top condition has brand new tires and brand new front and back brakes/ rotors. Only warning light on was for due oil change and key fob battery need replaced. Mileage was already up because I had set it to show. They took a hour to do the oil change sat talked and smoked while doing so (heavier guy) They then tried to use a jump box on my car. When I asked them why . He said to get it started. Mind you there were NO issues starting the car. I drove it there the guy drove it into the Bay Area and again he started as he played with my dash setting for over 30 mins. So basically when big guy asked did I want a tire balance I declined so that’s why he started asking when was my battery changed and the major dishonesty started. The services were the same price. And they thought I was stupid and they were gonna get over. I told him to get that jump box off my car! And the battery warning which can be seen clear as day for the key fob was in my pocket Why would I want a tire balance on a tire service completed elsewhere by professionals. They didn’t rotate the tires or change the filter because they were to busy scamming. But I was charged 109 for 2 lazy idiots to play in a hours time. After the many years of coming here. I will no longer return to this dishonest insane joke of establishment. BEWARE!!!! Go elsewhere

  I’m satisfied with the services. I got 2 tires and an oil change. I hit a curb on the way to work , and blew out my side wall. I called Tire choice and they got me into a walk in and fixed me right up and I was very thankful! I will be getting the two back tires replaced as well. And most likely going there to get a whole vehicle inspection and getting vehicle up to par and running good. Thank you for your services!!
