  We broke down on vacation and had our car towed to Mr. Tire in Cuyahoga Falls. They replaced our air compressor and two belts. When we picked up the car on the way home from vacation the air conditioning didn't work. They said we could take it anywhere to get the fluids added. We went down the street to the Valvoline and they couldn't get the air conditioning working either. Turns out the air compressor was bad. When I got home, I took my car to a local afflicted mechanic and he said he could've done the work for half the cost. We feel they took advantage of us since we were out of town. We were overcharged and given a car without working air conditioning that had to be replaced under warranty at home. Very dissatisfied with this location.

  Don't waste your time calling.....you have to sit and listen to a menu and then it doesn't even go to the department you select...instead you have to listen to someone repeatedly harass you to make an appointment.

  I called and got an appointment within minutes. They were exceptional at addressing my concerns and got me back on the road in no time.

  I had a slow leak in my tire losing about 2 PSI a week so I decided to get it checked out so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. When I took it in, the technician said they could temporarily patch it, but it was in a spot where I’d eventually need to replace the tire. They didn’t have my tire in stock, but helped me find pricing elsewhere. They quoted me $40 for the patch, which felt a bit high, but I agreed since I just wanted peace of mind. They took the car back, and while I was waiting, I went ahead and scheduled a replacement at a cheaper shop. Shortly after, another employee came out and said they actually can’t patch my type of tire at all. Then they followed that up by saying they had found a small piece of metal in the tire and removed it. By that point, the tire was completely flat with a large hole. Honestly, it’s frustrating I would’ve been better off if they hadn’t touched it, because now it won’t hold any air at all. Also didn’t notice till later but they never put back my valve cap. So that’s gone. At least they didn’t charge me for the work they attempted, but the whole situation just made things worse. Wouldn’t recommend.
