  Everyone at the location on 1584 state road in Cuyahoga falls was lovely. The technician, wish I caught his name, explained everything very clearly and nicely. The front desk man Jason was prompt and kind. Thank you for helping me so quickly and not pressuring me. I also enjoyed the TV program that was on while I waited, it was very interesting. I would give 10 stars and definitely go back.

  I had a slow leak in my tire losing about 2 PSI a week so I decided to get it checked out so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. When I took it in, the technician said they could temporarily patch it, but it was in a spot where I’d eventually need to replace the tire. They didn’t have my tire in stock, but helped me find pricing elsewhere. They quoted me $40 for the patch, which felt a bit high, but I agreed since I just wanted peace of mind. They took the car back, and while I was waiting, I went ahead and scheduled a replacement at a cheaper shop. Shortly after, another employee came out and said they actually can’t patch my type of tire at all. Then they followed that up by saying they had found a small piece of metal in the tire and removed it. By that point, the tire was completely flat with a large hole. Honestly, it’s frustrating I would’ve been better off if they hadn’t touched it, because now it won’t hold any air at all. Also didn’t notice till later but they never put back my valve cap. So that’s gone. At least they didn’t charge me for the work they attempted, but the whole situation just made things worse. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Never ever take your car here if you want your car to be a lot worse than what you brought it in never ever go here everyone who works here is incompetent and does not know what they are doing. They will break your car to try to get more money out of you. i’d rather have a three year-old work on my car than the people that work here

  I basically had my muffler tied up by somebody who stopped in the side of the road while we were on our way to Mr Tire which led me to cancel the toe which is the only bad thing I have to say because the price was kind of ridiculous and we sat there for an hour and still would have waited another half an hour, but I don't think that's Mr Tire's faults. He told me it was going to take a lot of Patchwork and everything else because he knew I couldn't afford to exhaust and he did what he said he was going to do and the price was amazing! Since I moved to Falls I heard a lot of people talk about the place it was first time I used it and I would definitely use it again and recommend them to anyone who needs help with anything on the vehicle.
