  I am in my 80's and have rented cars and trucks in the United States, Europe and Africa. Enterprise of Cuyahoga Falls made my rental easy. The woman who made my reservation had me picking up the car at another Location. Enterprise Agent Alex Groich fixed everything in a matter of minutes. When I needed to extend the rental several times Mr. Groich was patient, courteous and accommodating. Enterprise Cuyahoga Falls will see me again.

  The first car I received was Nissan Sentra with a bad rear passenger side wheel bearing. Not only was it noisy as can be, I feel it affected the mpg of the vehicle. After a few days usage, and down to a half a tank of gas, I traded it in for a Toyota Corolla. One would think, a step up, right? And one would be wrong! Same issue. Front passenger side wheel bearing dragging and noisy. And on top of that, a front bumper cover that kept popping out, and was obviously known, because there was tape residue from it being previously taped down. Drove the car from Cuyahoga Falls, to Massillon and back, and was already down a half a tank of gas. In its defense, it wasn’t on the full mark when I received the car. I never drove it again after that, and started driving my truck, waiting for my 2014 Nissan Murano to be repaired. Which by the way, has a 6 cylinder, and gets better mpg than the two cars I got stuck with! I feel bad for leaving a terrible review, and in the past have had nothing but great experiences with Enterprise. Renting both in Florida, and Ohio. But the place in the falls does not keep up on their vehicle’s maintenance. And I feel that there was little value from renting from them.
