  The Team at the State RD location was phenomenal. The Branch Manager, Alex C. was super professional, proficient and informative. Made my rental experience seamless, I’ll absolutely rent from this location again!

  UPDATE: I followed the link and it takes me to a page with more links, a chat bot option that isn't currently open and some 800 numbers. I have to figure out how to get to Cleveland for brain radiation by 10:00 am. I really shouldn't be dealing with this too. I don't recall getting an agreement or an agreement number. Alex has my contact information but he finds the situation pretty funny and was pretty amused as he told me to get reimbursed by the insurance company and hung up. So to recap: I was hit by some d bag texting and driving then subsequently robbed by enterprise of my $50 deposit plus an additional $455 because Hastings was unhappy with the timeline to do almost $6000 in body work. I'll be contacting the BBB next. In a world where most Americans are struggling I'm glad we can count on enterprise to twist the knife. I had a rental through them for about a month after being rear ended by a distracted driver. Apparently the other guys insurance quit paying the bill and instead of going after the multimillion dollar insurance company (Hastings) they took $455 from my account. I live on a fixed income and have been fighting cancer for close to a year. My SSDI had just been deposited and I only had the chance to pay my rent before Enterprise left me with $144. Now I can't go to my treatment, pay my light bill or even eat all because I was the easy target. Evil and unethical to the core.

  I originally requested a rental that was ready when I got there only to be turned away because my amount owed exceeded the maximum of my allowed credit on 1 card and you refused to use more then one card because of the $400 return fee. That should have been either allowed through debit OR a second credit card. So I had to go across 2 city limits to get another vehicle that was smaller and under my credit limit due to the added return fee that wasn't part of the original final price AND I already paid for a place to stay in another state where I was going. Also, the windshield was chipped when I picked up the car, place knew about it, while driving it in various temps and various elevation levels through mountains it cracked across the passenger side. I was afraid it would split more and attempted to get another rental at not 1 but 3 surrounded Enterprise places and was told they had nothing to offer for an exchange...so glad I didn't have an issue like breaking down or even worse an accident, could I have gotten another vehicle then?! I went with Enterprise because the last time I used Avis was a bad experience, on the road we ran into a monsun and it wiped out the cameras and some of the electronics half way to our destination. We got to our destination it was dark so next day went to see if cameras were working and saw the tires were bald and showing metal strips, my son was curious and checked the oil and it was black as night. I called and the replacement was smaller then the original meaning some luggage we took we had to leave behind. Plus the replacement wasn't cleaned out, there was long white animal hair all inside it which we had a dog and he was a short haired black and tan and Avis tried to blame us for the animal hair. Flat refused to ever use Avis again. My only hope is that if places such as rental car companies are going to force people to use "Major" credit cards then allow people to use more then one because the price you give online isn't the price you pay when you pick it up, at the airport there was an added $400 return fee that is refunded when you return the vehicle and at other places it is $300 fee and since you require person using credit card to not only be present but also show ID. In this case it shouldn't matter how many cards are used!

  The team at this particular Enterprise in Cuyahoga Falls, is always first rate. I highly recommend.
