Staffs were fine except for one guy, who seemed as if I forced him to work on Sunday. He was so unhappy, it made me felt like I was trespassing on the place. The guy gave me the receipt and minder sticker, scissored between index and middle finger while staring straight the computer, like I’m a homeless person begging for money. Plus, there were multiple oil stains under and on top of the hood. As long as I’m still residing at Grove City, I’d rather bring my car to one of the dealerships at Auto Mall Dr nearby next time. Cheaper + OEM parts + more specialized mechanics.

I have a weird message coming on my dash (2020 Chevy equinox) and he went beyond explaining what i should do and calmed my nerves a bit! Very straight to the point.
