  Everytime I come to Valvoline, everyone is so nice and personable. I never feel like I'm being spoken down to, which is especially refreshing as a woman. I didn't know when I needed my oil changed next, so I just waited until the light came on. It was very embarrassing seeing how low it was but I never felt judged and they were very understanding. Even with a tire rotation and replacing several filters, I was out in around 30 minutes. I will never go anywhere else for an oil change.

  The gentleman assigned to my car, up top, did not provide the same service that was offered and expected that was completed on the car next to me. He did not check my lights, he didn't ask any questions, I believe something wasn't wipe correctly, or drained properly, because I have oil on my garage floor. He told me there was oil already in there and they capped it off, which I thought that was strange, because your charging me $85.00 to completely for a flush/fill. He stated I didn't need air filters, which was not true and I had to buy them separately, my car takes two filters. I would think that the service in New Albany would be more professional than what I received, or be at least courteous and responsive to the customer's (me) questions instead of blowing me off. I had to tell him to give a sticker, he didn't put the date or correct mileage, instead of reprinting it he wrote on the sticker...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be returning. So, every once in a while I show up to a Valvoline, but these are the reasons why I don't come back because the service at various ones, as it seems, are terrible. Apparently, it doesn't matter which one it is...I need to come back because there's oil on my garage floor. I would like a coupon or at minimal have a location closer to me re-check it to see if everything is sealed properly or if the oil pan wasn't cleaned properly.

  I would give a 5 star review b/c the service is exception. Every time we’ve been here (this is our 4th visit) I’ve asked for the technician to be sure to clean the run off that occurs when removing the old oil filter. They swear every time they’ve got their best guy…he ALWAYS takes care of that. BS! It’s very irritating that I have to clean the oil off my garage floor once again!

  For years you provided a free service to top off oil between changes. I’ve come in every 1k as needed for my car and changed oil every 3k. Now a new manager comes in and you charge per quart. Picking up pennies will now cost you dollars. I will no longer be bringing my 4 cars here.
