  Horrible. The amount of time it takes to get anything done is beyond me. Almost 3 oil changes have finished in the time a single tire rotation and oil change. If you value time. Do. Not. Come. Here.

  Would give 0 stars! So incredibly disappointed! I have used valvoline for years and will NEVER go back after my experience here! Went in for a simple oil change which ended up taking over an hour. Then drove all the way home smelling burning only to find out they LEFT THE CAP OFF THE OIL!!!! It was left on top of my engine with oil spilling out all over. Simply UNACCEPTABLE for a professional mechanic! Thank God there was no damage to the engine 😡

  I went in for a routine engine oil change, but during the service, the technicians broke something that required additional attention. While trying to put everything back together, the car began shaking severely, which was very concerning. What was most disappointing was that no one informed me about what had happened. When I questioned the technicians about the issue, they seemed annoyed rather than being transparent or helpful. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and left me with serious concerns about the quality of the service and how the situation was handled.
