  DEMOND the FORGETTER. Manager Demond is so forgetful about what’s literally in his face for 15 minutes. Just awful manager Demond; should be DEMOTE. COMPLETELY FORGOT to PUT on WIPER BLADES even while trying to sell me a second set of wiper blades not 2x but 4x Demond asked me if I was interested in Passenger side wipers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and terrible salesperson; can’t remember to EVEN LOOK at the WIPERS in PLAIN VIEW while paying at checkout and while mentioning other vehicle checks. Manager did not take ANY DISCOUNT for such a GLARING MISTAKE; nothing, no discount taken off the charge. DEMOND the FORGETTER.

  The staff is polite. I made the mistake the last time I was there of taking the offer to have my windshield wiper blades changed. I was charged $25 per wiper blade for installation, on top of the over priced blades themselves.That is outrageous, there should have been more transparency regarding the pricing. The last few visits when they check my cabin filter and they never put the cover back correctly; it falls off within a day of service. This time a second piece of my car fell off from under my dash.

  About a month ago, I came for an oil change and also asked them to replace the cabin filter. The oil change itself was done fine, no issues there. However, the experience with the cabin filter replacement was very disappointing. The employee who attempted to replace it clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He started taking apart interior panels without knowing where the filter was located. I even had to guide him myself. During the process, he was close to breaking plastic parts in my car. In the end, he couldn’t complete the job at all and just left everything as it was. I had to fix everything myself afterward. If you offer services like cabin filter replacement, please make sure your staff is properly trained. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with potential damage or fix mistakes after your service. Overall, I can’t recommend this place for anything beyond basic services.
