I came here for an oil change, and my car broke down in their bay area. It took 4 hours for AAA to arrive, but their employee Gavin was SUPER kind about it and was extremely helpful. He really went above and beyond to try and help us, which we really appreciated. His great service made a stressful situation less awful. So I highly recommend this location!

Most of the experience was fine, though I did not expect the service to take over an hour when there were no other cars there when I arrived. What made this a negative experience for me was that when the oil I asked for was unavailable, the manager told me he would give me the next level up for the same price. When the assistant manager did the checkout, he refused to give me that price. He said because I used a coupon, that I was getting a better deal anyway. I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of.

I brought my wife's truck here on Sept. 12 for an oil change and Pedro was amazing. Very knowledgeable and respectful. So good that today Sept. 13, I brought my car for an oil change and I saw Richard, who was equally knowledgeable and helpful. This will be my new spot continuing!
