    The first time I didn't feel like a mechanic was looking to take advantage of me. I really enjoyed Alex. He was really personable and helpful.

    Tony and his team were great for me. I came in thinking it was a transmission issue from a poor oil change tech at Valvoline and was a bit panicked at what was going on. His team showed me that it was an oil leak and walked through what was needed to be done and any other maintenance needed. I left feeling at ease and thankful I could get in so quickly. They’ll be seeing me now for oil changes and more!

    If you’re looking for professional quality service I recommend these guys. Came in with smoke coming from my tire, left with confidence and a problem solved. The guys at Tuffys did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issue. They were able get me in and out relatively smoothly even without an appointment. Also great customer service even while I waited for the repair.

    I took my car in last Thursday for an air-conditioning job and windshield wiper blades. One of the employees advised me that the wipers there were garbage and I should go to AutoZone and buy my own. They would put them on for me at no charge while they were fixing my AC. Friday they tell me I’m third in line for the AC. I called late Friday afternoon no answer. On Tuesday we call and they tell us that their machine broke and then they got it back and had to do other vehicles. They acknowledge not calling me. And they acknowledge keeping my vehicle over the memorial Day weekend for absolutely no reason. Wiper blades take 15 minutes to install and I could’ve waited and had my vehicle to do my holiday plans. Instead when I got there, a new manager named Alex introduced himself and apologized and said that there was no reason for them keeping my car and that it was not good Customer Service and that’s why they brought him in. Well, he absolutely failed and so did the entire establishment. When I went to pick up my vehicle yesterday, I waited 28 minutes for my car. Alex told me the windshield wipers had already been put on. That was clearly a lie. They did it when I got there. Because when I drove off, I tried the wipers with the fluid. Whoever put them on was either completely incapable, or they did it in a hurry because I had to pull over to put them on correctly. So I drive straight to the house in about a block before I get there. I see ants crawling on my arm. I look in there are thousands of baby ants all throughout my Honda Civic. So I call and I speak with Alex and he tells me. I’m really sorry. I told them to put it in a place where the ants wouldn’t be able to get to your car because it happened to three other others, but obviously there was a miscommunication. Excuse me? So it’s happened before you know that my car is in that same place and you had it for four days with no phone call to the customer. And if you would have opened the door to check the windshield wipers to make sure they ran correctly, like most people check their work, any human with a pair of eyes would’ve seen the ants. The worker literally drove my car up 20 minutes later and jumped out so quick. He knew exactly what was going on. Alex was boasting about how he turned the store around and how he was brought to rebuild Customer Service. He sold himself the entire time I was there. It has now been 24 hours later and there are still ants in my car and I’m out $80 in cleaning supplies, car washes, etc. what I do know is that Chris would’ve never let my car leave that lot in that condition. The best part about Alex? He tried to charge me for the windshield wiper job as if they were Tuffy’s windshield wipers. I had to remind him that I bought them and Chris said that the guys would put them on when they were repairing my AC. His reply was well I won’t charge you for the installation. It’s on the house. What? It should be on the house because you guys didn’t put them on correctly. It should be on the house because that’s what the previous manager committed to the customer. I understand machines break and things happen, but it is not only unprofessional but against the law to keep my car for four unnecessary days for a 20 minute windshield wiper job. Alex is a smooth talker who produces no results as a boss. The ants are all over the undercarriage all in the car everywhere. And the worst part is, he said he knew about it. Integrity is everything and if you can’t tell the truth to a customer, you don’t deserve to have the business. To not get a phone call to make things right or offer to get rid of the ants it’s unacceptable and disgusting and I would encourage no one to use this establishment. While they may be good mechanics, they are not honest people.
