Guy told me they only had one tech and if I wanted my tire fixed I would have to leave my car with them and they would try and get to me before they closed. I just walked out. Went to Boyd’s Polaris Tire and they got me in & out in like 30 min.

The online scheduling has much to be desired. 😞
