Steve and Brent were awesome. Got me in, evaluated my tire and saved me money! Two tire places I visited before this said my tire wasn’t patchable & said I would need a new tire. Steve and Brent looked at it and said it was probably patchable, but then really looked at it to be sure and it was! No appointment, but in and out pretty quickly. While I was there, Steve handled a few challenging customers with patience and kindness. I was very impressed and will definitely come back for service next time I need it.

I highly recommend this business. They are friendly, professional, and fast! They worked me in the schedule to get a new tire and it cost the price quoted over the phone call. No hidden/ extra fees. Thank you Tire Discounter's for making my day!

My appointment was scheduled at 1pm, and I was told it would take between 45- 60 minutes. Over an hour past my appt., my car had not yet been taken back. I went up to ask and was told that i had not been told how long the whole appointment would take, only that it would take about an hour once inside the facility by Steven. What?!? Why make an appointment if the service isn't or can't be taken care of at the agreed upon time?!? While in the lobby, I heard Steven tell several people of the phone that the wait was about 1-2 hours - what a lie! Just be honest- drop your car off for the day so there's no disappointment/frustration b/c appointments are not real.
They also had my account tied to one car that I no longer have, so i had to produce my 2 year old receipt for $1300 in tires for them to fix my tire. The reason I'm back today is that they failed to correctly fix a hole in my tire earlier this summer. And, I heard the same team at the desk do that to another person who dropped in. Their system need to be accurate to improve the experience rather than it being a "prove myself right" situation. Absolutely poor service in every stage- from setting an appointment to proving that i deserve the service to performing the service properly. Never going back and gonna tell everyone I know not to go there!!

Just an awful experience and I’ve been here many times over the years . It took 45 minutes to drop the car off at 8 am (10 am appointment). I was never called when it was done because they didn’t finish . I called ant 330 and they said it would be done . It was still on the rack at 540 waiting for alignment . I stayed until it was done at 630 . They didn’t put caps on the tires , didn’t do the oil change I paid for. I had to come back the next day because a valve stem on a tire was leaking and I still need to go back because the tires don’t feel balanced .

Came here due to their higher Google rating than some of the other area tire dealers. Was easy to schedule the appointment and the staff have been very friendly. Got the tires installed on Saturday, which came with a free balance and alignment. Picked up the car and the first time I got it up above 65 mph there was a pretty bad vibration. Took the car back in and they did another balance and alignment. Not sure how the alignment got so bad in 24 hours. The car drives better now but it still doesn't feel exactly right. Also, they included the road hazard warranty without letting me know. I don't like companies that do that. Some good things I like about this company but a few things that give me pause. Don't have a lot of confidence that the work was done correctly and you have to be on guard about added fees on the bill that you weren't made aware of.
