  Great customer service... My tire blew out but Steven the manager was attentive, gave tire recommendations, and had a new tire ready to install the next day!! I would highly recommend this location for great customer service and response time.

  I have been to this location twice and another location in Columbus. I will be returning to this location for all my tire needs. The crew are super friendly, honest and aren't out to oversell you on something that isn't needed. Both times I have visited for tire repair and have never left disappointed and felt genuinely respected and appreciated. Keep up the great work!

  I had a nail in my tire and stopped by for help. Steven was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took care of my tire quickly and made sure everything was done properly. The customer service was excellent, and he made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend this business to anyone needing tire service. Thank you, Steven, for providing such outstanding service!

  Trevor and Steven did an amazing service with our flat tire and was so kind and compassionate. They were slammed with cars and customers and still provided us with the up most respectful service and was very quick. Thank you so much definitely telling everyone to come to tire discounters ❤️

  Please read before going here... spent $800+. Bought 4 tires, alignment and it came with a free oil change. They forgot to put the screws back into my skid plate ....apparently it needs to come down for the oil change. Saw it hanging dow the next day..... there were 2 screws out of a dozen holding it on. Took the plate completely off and drove back. Their answer for fixing was plastic body clips instead of metal screws and nut clips (see pic). That was the back 4 holes. Also had the tech pulling down on it telling me how solid it was and that should hold. The front they replaced the clips with generic clips(not oem) but they didnt have screws for them either.......so now I have nut/screws clips that I dont know what size screws goes in them. The oem Ford screws dont fit. So they found 3 or 4 screw clip combinations that worked it was "enough" to hold the front. Oh and the middle holes got zip ties. I was told the old clips were rusty and bad, but I never had a single issue previously. All of this on the day i was supposed to leave for vacation and drive from Ohio to North Carolina in my truck. No compensation was offered, no hey we'll make it right. I got excuses and apologies.... oh and I was told it will be brought up in their Saturday meeting on how they need to do better. Now I have to spend more money to fix this the right way..... so much for the "free" oil change. I would not recommend this place and I now am wondering if my alignment and oil change are correct. Most likely going to spend more $$ on having them re-done at the dealership. Included pics of plate hanging and of plate when it was off. Also pic of screws and clip that the tech didnt put back on cause it was bad..... doesn't look bad to me but what do I know right !?! *add on sorry.....I also had an appointment for all of this and still sat there for 4+ hrs waiting for the work to get done. Seemed a bit excessive
