They made my wife sit there for almost 2 hours with a screw in the tire (should have been just a patch job) saying they would get her in before they close. Meanwhile she is on the other side of town from home. AN HOUR AN A HALF before they close they "overinflate" her tire and send her on her way because they couldnt help her. Lmao this place is joke.

Robert and Claude were awesome. A camber bolt broke during the initial alignment and these two men bent over backwards to get the part. Local supply houses kept sending the wrong bolt. Claude went to a dealership, sat down with their parts guy, and got the right bolt ordered. Great customer service experience.

READ THE INVOICE BEFORE PAYING.
Went to get my tires replaced as they had a special where I got a free oil change. I was quoted $512-ish for the service. Once they were done, I was told price was $566.
They wouldnt show me the itemized invoice til I paid. When I eventually paid and checked the invoice, they charged me an additional $50 to replace my air filters. I DID NOT approve this extra service. The manager or owner tried to explain why he did it and that he could not get a hold of me. However, it did NOT need to be replaced, nor did he get my approval to do it. The guy who took my number didnt even put my number down right.
He promised I would get a refund and it should process a few weeks later... Yeaaah refunds should not take that long.

I had an appointment at 1p came in 30 minutes earlier only to be told that making an appointment online doesn’t exactly give a true representation of the time they actually have in the shop to do Work on your car. I was starting to get really irritated because I did call off work to be here to do this tire alignment and tire rotation and The gentleman Judgeo, Was very kind in making sure I was able to keep my appointment. The customer service by him truly made up for that slight discrepancy and will be coming back here again.
