- CSCraig SkeelMay 6, 20263.0I had a tire on my utility trailer go bad while enroute to pick up a tractor. Tire Discounters were very busy, but got me in relatively quickly. The price seemed to be a little high, but I didn't have the luxury to be able to shop around. Yesterday the tire was flat. I checked for the leak with soap and water to find that it was leaking around the tire valve stem. This should be replaced with any tire replacement. Disappointed.
- OCOctavia CoxMay 4, 20261.0I’m not the type to leave reviews, but my experience was too eventful to not leave a review. I went in for a full set of tires and it took over 5 hours. It was a Saturday and they were slammed, so I don’t think that part of the experience is terribly uncommon. But I noticed shaking/vibrating immediately after getting my car back from them. I was able to make it to another shop without incident first thing Monday morning (I avoided driving on Sunday). The other shop informed me that my front wheel was about to fall off and that there was a gap between my wheel and the rim. Also a lug nut was missing. Terrible service from “professionals”. Completely unacceptable.

- JHJena HickmanApr 16, 20261.0I brought my vehicle in today as my passenger front tire was consistently leaking air. After leaving my car for one hour, I returned and was told my car was finished. When I asked what was wrong with the tire, the clerk said, “I don’t know what he did to it”. After asking if there was an issue with the rim, I was once again told, “I don’t know what he did back there”. I also was not given a print off disclosing what was done to my vehicle, and no one could give me any answers. I drove less than 3 miles from the store, and my tire light came back on. I barely made it to the nearest auto repair shop as the same tire I had just visited Tire Discounters for was flat. It is unacceptable that the service technician and clerk could not remember what was done to my vehicle during my visit. Not only was my time wasted, but my safety was jeopardized as the issue was not resolved.
