  Lobby customer service was great even though he was the only person there. Definitely doing two jobs. Price seemed reasonable. same as Costco on most brands. Deducted one star for no one calling me to tell me my four tire install was complete. Probably because he was doing two people’s jobs. Deducted another star because you would think for a $1400 purchase they could have done me a solid and actually reseat my spare tire instead of just tossing it in the back. It takes five minutes so it’s not the effort; it’s the principle.

  I needed one of my tires changed quick. Luckily, JD got me in and out of the shop in a little over an hour. He was very friendly, informative, and professional. He made everything clear and easy to understand, and now i plan to come back to change all of my tires. Whatever yall paying him its not enough!

  Claude at Tire Discounters saved the day! Thank you! When I discovered I had a flat tire, I pulled into the nearest tire shop. They were very busy, but Claude took pity on me. He squeezed me in and patched my tire from a screw that had lodged in my tire. I am incredibly appreciative and grateful as I’ll be traveling in my car a lot these next few days.

  Robert the store manger is a very very nice guy but his crew …..Worst customer service I ever dealt with in my life …turned away three times three different days for a free oil change that was scheduled every single time just after paying $900 for brand new tires.. I got there at 3 pm …at 5 PM a technician came in and told me that they couldn’t put my car into service mode because my battery is dead to change my brakes!?!? I came in for an oil change … Fast-forward another hour oil change is done. I get my car back. And they completely did not put on the splash guard. It was mangled and dangling. I physically asked him to put it on the rack and had to put it on myself. Although he screwed the 4 screws that was left holding it up I guess it came in missing screws …. What a joke please send Robert help them boys don’t want to work it’s a horrible reflection on this company and on this particular store

  Wow. What is the point of making an appointment? *Scheduled* two days in advance to drop my vehicle off at 8 am on Saturday for tires, brakes, and an alignment. It was supposedly going to take a few hours. I called at 11:45 am to check on them, and was told they were getting to it and they'd give me a call when it's done. My fault for not realizing how early they close, but at 5 pm, I call because nobody called me and they're closed. They had my car for the whole weekend and didn't touch it. I'm lucky I have friends that could help me out this weekend, or it would have been $80+ in Uber/taxi costs to accomplish my weekend plans. I need my car for weekdays to get to work, so I called Monday morning when they opened to find out they had not done anything with it. Not only do I need my car daily, but I did not feel comfortable leaving it to be worked on somewhere so understaffed and with so little attention to detail and communication. When I was there, I saw how busy and understaffed they were, so I was okay with being patient for a day, but this was all just too much.
