Since then I have followed James to whatever store where he worked. He gives excellent customer service every time and keeps his promises by being able to "Chip" in to get the maintenance done on both of my cars. He can do anything. My last experience was at the Columbus Bethel Road store yesterday. Received my fluid change and wheel alignment on time in the heat. I bought my second set of Cooper tires there as well (not this visit). I recommend James for associate of the year!

A woman spoke to me—mentioning the heat—and although I didn't understand exactly what she said, her attitude was unpleasant. I waited for an hour and a half.

These fine people didn't have to fix the part they did on my car due to it not actually being product of an accident anyways. With this being said. I appriciate the hard work and effort and compassion from this establishment. I think their customer service is amazing and they truly care about their customers. As of this moment my car is fixed safe and on the road again. Thank you
