  Went in to get an oil change my car started leaking oil really bad after they did. I took it to my mechanic because I thought something worse was going on with my car like the oil feed tube and they found out my oil drain plug was completely loose and my mechanic said it was on the last thread. Called them up (with video proof as well) and the manager Lucas from there told me there’s no proof of that and I probably did it myself and I asked if he could forward it to his regional manager and he said and I quote “I’m gonna make sure that you don’t get your $200 back Because I’m not going to get someone fired over $200” even though it was their problem that almost cost me my car. I have seen one person in there drinking on the job before and it always smells like weed when I go in there as well. Completely unprofessional place and would not take your car There at all, unless you wanna have to buy a brand new car and fight them in court for them messing up on your oil and costing you a car due to their negligence probably from the weed i smell or drinking on the job I've seen.

  Went there to have tires inspected and all they did was fill the tires. And the next morning my TPM was back on and in looking at the tire it had a screw in it…

  Love that shop!! Jake at the front desk is very helpful.. James is one of the best mechanics you will find.. They know their stuff!!

  i did change my tire from this store like 2 months ago. and after 2 month i got bubble kind a thing on the driver side tire when i go back to their place for the claim they are saying this is not tire difective or product fault and he keep saying u hit something and he is talking with me full aggresively and i told him i did'nt hit no body but he don’t believe me no quality product no customer value poor service

  I had a nail in the sidewall and the whole place, especially Jacob Lindsey gave me really good service! The list of services was very thorough and made a very stressful situation feel really easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place if you want quick, easy, and kind service! 100% will be coming here again for all of my car needs! Super grateful I came.
