  We really like brining our cars here! Like most tire shops, there can sometimes be a wait, but I just bring my laptop, use the free Wi-Fi, and get some work done. What really keeps me coming back to this particular location is that I trust them. On one visit, we had been told elsewhere that our car needed thousands of dollars in repairs. We came here for a second opinion, and they determined that the issue was simply a bulge in the tire. They literally saved us thousands of dollars by being honest and accurately diagnosing the problem. That kind of service and integrity is hard to find, and it’s why this is the Tire Discounters location our family continues to use.

  I arrived as the doors opened, with a needed tire repair. We were in town for a medical procedure, 100 miles from home. Lucas greeted me and understood the immediacy of getting the tire repaired ASAP. In and out the door within an hour, tire plugged and ready to go! I was very pleased with the quick service and attention to my needs. Thank you Lucas and TD!

  Outstanding service here. We purchased a used car that had the wrong weight rating tires on them and needed new ones before a trip. Lucas, I hope I have the name right - a manager, drove to the warehouse himself to pick up the tires so they can put them on that morning. There are other Tire Discounters locations closer to us and they wouldn't give me the time of day. Powell location was just rude and dismissive. This location stepped up to help us out without hesitation. Above and beyond. They will have a loyal customer for life. Also, a kid call out for the nice lady at the desk. She is sharp, witty, and a true go getter - keeping things flowing. Take good care of her! A true gem! (Sorry I didn't get your name!)

  Horrible Service. I wanted 2 tiers, lady leaves counter to go check, Comes back and says we have them. 45min goes by and then they tell me It's the wrong size, I got mad but calm. I told them to switch front tires to back, I got to go on an 8hr drive. 30min goes by, then there done. I WENT TO PAY AND THE MANAGER FLIPPED OUT ON ME, telling me I'm Drunk and to leave. I RECORDED MOST OF IT. Then He says he will jack up the bill and leave my car on the rack. He called the cops. Then he lied to me and said we have the tiers and there on my car, then he leaves the building twords my car, I look at the tiers and there still my old tiers. So many lies from this staff. Then he says I need your address, No You dont I said (You do not need to give your address for a tire Rotation) Not to that Wierd dud. Then he kept me hostage for 30min. This happend 1pm, I left at 3pm Mon Aug 3rd. Finally after 2hr cop hand my key and I don't have to pay. And I showed the cop the video. MANAGER Needs to Get Fired!!!
