  Scott and Blaze got me back on the road! I had to tow my car from the south side of Columbus all the way to their shop, and they were incredibly understanding and kind throughout the whole process. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a dead alternator and gave me a fair quote. Only a few hours later, the work was done and I was back behind the wheel. Truly grateful for their help, will definitely be coming back!

  Scott was super helpful. My last set of tires had dry rot and even though they had come from another place, (not Tire Choice); they were still under warranty and Scott sent the manufacturer all the specs on the tires. This let me get a credit from the manufacturer for the tires, which I used to buy new tires at Tire Choice. Scott also gave me a lot information about tires which helped with my decision about which ones to buy.

  Stopped in yesterday with a tire sensor issue and they had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied with the service!!

  Had a tire that was suddenly going flat every few days. Was pretty sure I would need a new tire (aka 2 tires to keep the balance), but asked if they could still take a look at the tire just in case there was somewhere that just needed patched. They were pretty busy but called me an hour later to let me know they found a hole, it's been repaired, and is ready for me to pick up. I went from thinking I would need to spend hundreds of dollars to just around $40. They were very nice and saved me time and money. I will absolutely be returning.
