  Scott and his team have always been super helpful. I can't say enough how knowledgeable and caring the team are. Whenever I have an issue I always take my Honda here to get fixed. Highly recommend

  Stay away, actual fraud occuring here. I bought tires online and set an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment the manager said he did not see an appointment. I was obviously not happy about that. It is clear that there is some kind of breakdown in the process of scheduling online with the third party. Rather than admitting that obvious fact, the manager said I should have called to confirm the appointment, but apparently ":no one wants to pick up the phone anymore", implying it was my fault. This did not go well, I'll spare you the details but this guy escalates hostility easily. We ended up setting a new appointment. - I returned for the second appointment. The manager was very cold, which is understandable and I just wanted to get through the appointment. After about 90 minutes I asked the manager if there was some kind of delay, he replied "you are going to be here a long time'. Rudely. He then proceeded to explain that I had reverse mount wheels that his machine was not designed for. Why was this not explained earlier? Why proceed with a service you aren't equipped for? Again more hostile interaction proceeded. I told him he was out of control and he replied "you haven't seen out of control" and stood from his seat. I don't think it takes a genius to see this as a threat of violence. - I sat back down and waited for them to finish. At one point I saw the manager in the service area where they were working on my vehicle. I saw him take a marker to my wheel and color on it. I proceeded to take out my phone and record him. I have video of him coloring my wheels in. When he came back into the lobby I showed him the video and asked him what this was. He said the machine has scratched my wheels since, as he told me before, the machine was not designed for these wheels, and he was fixing the scratches. At this point, it's just too much. I told him he should not have proceeded with the service to begin with and also that he was not trying to "fix" my wheels, he was trying to hide it. Again, more hostility. - At this point, I decided that I would record my interaction with him. I asked him for the corporate customer service number and he said there wasn't one. He said he would ask his area supervisor to call me. I never received that call. I eventually did call Monro customer service and got the claim filed and paid out at 50% of their value.

  I was simply asking a question when he said “I don’t have time to answer your stupid ass questions” and hung up before I could say anything else. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Would not recommend.

  I had a great experience at Tyre Choice Auto Service Centers recently. A TPMS error light popped up on my dashboard, and I was fully expecting to pay for a new tire pressure sensor. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and selling me an unnecessary replacement, the mechanic checked everything out, reset the system, and sent me on my way without charging me anything. It is rare to find an auto repair shop with this level of honesty and customer care. Their integrity saved me both time and money, and they have definitely earned a loyal customer.
