- SMShelby MooreJul 3, 20261.0Wow, horrible service. Please do not waste your time here. I had a spot on my bumper that I wanted fixed. I had a vacation coming so after calling the shop and letting them know ahead of time what I wanted done, they said it would take about a week. Perfect, so I drop my car off and get back from vaca. They say the car still is not ready. Ok fine. Call a few days later, no one even answers the phone. Call the next day, oh sorry the car won’t be ready until early next week. Call early next week, cars not ready and we JUST NOW (day 16 of them having the car) have gotten the parts in to fix it? So they were lying on all the prior phone calls claiming it would be done soon. Eventually 20 days later, the car is “done”. I call and text but no calls back or response so I go to the shop. The paint looks like shit, has orange peel effect and paint smear. Chips in the paint. After 20 days. I ask for some sort of discount and all I got is $100 off a $2,000 BILL…. AND THEN TOLD THEY CANT HELP ME AND WONT FIX IT. Do not go here. Check yelp for other reviews from recent dates!

- KPkay pJun 30, 20261.0Appointment @12:30pm and waited til 12:55pm to walk out. Nobody even bother to tell me to wait. One person came after me and got serviced within 5mins. Place was empty. Total bs. Avoid this place at all cost.
- MOMay OJun 24, 20261.0Was told my car was done entirely done cosmetically with paint; only waiting for suspension and alignment. Day comes when I’m supposed to get the car then suddenly the shop sent a wrong tire. No big deal. Next week comes and the less the enthused mechanic calls to tell me they can’t match a light cover for my car and it’s gonna have to come out of my pocket. That sounds cosmetic to me? Why did they wait until the car was supposed to be sent to me to tell me oh wait it’s actually not done cosmetically? Was supposed to receive phone calls From the mechanic with updates shocker no call. Week passed and I get a call from the mechanic telling me I need to come order the part he said he was ordering last week because he didn’t know what I wanted. I demanded my car at this point. Was told stock parts could be put in and my car be back next day. Next day comes and no phone call. I went to the body shop at this point and was told for the 3rd time my car just needed alignment and would be done the next day. Still haven’t gotten it by the way. It’s always next day or tomorrow with these guys.
