  10/10! Could not recommend enough! I’ve never interacted with a mechanics shop that has such integrity and fair pricing. My dealership had quoted nearly $3500 worth of repairs and so I decided to get a second opinion and I sure am glad I did. Rob told me what I needed to do and didn’t need to do, and the repairs ended up being less than $1000. I will be coming back here again and again. I know I will be treated with respect and honesty!

  I received remarkable customer service at Streamline. When I called to get an idea of how much it would cost to do a ball joint repair, Rob actually told me instead of luring me in with a bunch of hypotheticals. After physically diagnosing my car I was informed that it was not my ball joint that needed to be replaced as I had been told by another shop but instead front sway bar links. I really appreciated their commitment to providing superior customer service & transparency. They have earned my business!

  This was my second visit to Streamline Auto and again, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and also the timeliness of the service performed, pricing for the work that I had done on my vehicle. Communication is always great from the call received to give the assessment of the issues with my vehicle to later when the work was completed and when I could come and pick it up. Always a pleasure to support this wonderful family owned business! Highly recommend!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I cannot say enough good things about Streamline Auto. Rob and Kathy went above and beyond for me in a way that is incredibly rare to find these days. I originally came in just to get my AC fixed before a long drive while moving back to Illinois. From the start, Rob was extremely upfront and honest about what the potential costs could be depending on what they found, including possible additional repairs if other issues showed up. I appreciated the transparency immediately. What truly impressed me was what happened next. After pulling my car into the bay, Rob noticed a couple noises and offered to check them out at no extra charge. That extra attention uncovered several issues I never would have known to ask about. Since he knew I was preparing for a long road trip, he took the time to clearly explain what actually needed immediate attention for safety and what could realistically wait until I got home and have my brother, who is a mechanic, take a look. At no point did I feel pressured, upsold, or scared into unnecessary repairs. In fact, their honesty literally saved me over $1,000 in repairs I could safely wait on instead of feeling pressured to do everything immediately. And somehow they still went even further. They topped off my windshield washer fluid, helped fix my car radio by tracking down the security code through Honda, and took care of so many little details that most shops would never bother with. The entire experience felt honest, kind, thorough, and genuinely human. You can tell they truly care about people, not just cars. I will absolutely recommend Streamline Auto to everyone I know in Columbus. Honestly, if I ever need major work done that my brother can’t handle, I would seriously consider driving back from Illinois just to have them work on my car again. Thank you again, Rob and Kathy. You made an incredibly stressful moving week so much easier, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything you did. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would.
