  I cannot say enough good things about Streamline Automotive! They recently replaced the transmission in my van, and while the repair took longer than originally expected, their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me updated regularly, so I always knew exactly what was happening and never felt left in the dark. Because they had my vehicle for an extended period, they went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection and addressing additional issues they discovered along the way. The result? My van is running like an absolute dream—better than it has in years! What truly sets Streamline Automotive apart is their customer service. The day I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, my in-laws were involved in a car accident, making it impossible for me to get there during business hours. The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating, making alternative arrangements so I could still pick up my van after hours. That level of compassion and flexibility is rare these days. I have been to many automotive repair shops over the years, and I have never experienced service this exceptional. The entire team treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care from start to finish. Without a doubt, Streamline Automotive is the best automotive repair shop in Columbus, Ohio.   I would give 10/10 if google would let me! This business is fantastic. In this day and age it is really hard to trust people for a quality auto repair at an affordable price. I'm always worried that I might be getting ripped off on something that really doesn't need to be done. I starting having some noises from the rear end of my truck thinking I was having a problem with the gearing in the back. This could have been over a $3,000 fix. Rob took care of me and the truck. He drove it and diagnosed it. Turns out nothing was really an issue and we just had some fluids changed. Some shops would say well you might want to think about replacing the gearing in the back and charge north of $3,000. Not this place! They were so honest and professional. I can't recommend this business enough! I can honestly say you will be more than satisfied.

  10/10! Could not recommend enough! I’ve never interacted with a mechanics shop that has such integrity and fair pricing. My dealership had quoted nearly $3500 worth of repairs and so I decided to get a second opinion and I sure am glad I did. Rob told me what I needed to do and didn’t need to do, and the repairs ended up being less than $1000. I will be coming back here again and again. I know I will be treated with respect and honesty!
