  Erik, the Safelite Technician, was prompt and transparent in letting me know everything that was going on. From his ETA to what I can expect after my window was fixed, he was spot on.

  Replacing my Audi Q5 windshield could not have been easier. This SUV requires some calibration so needed to be done in the shop not our driveway. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the work was done timely. All of the systems in my car are up and running perfectly. Thank you to the staff in the Columbus location!

  Very happy with the service. I had the back glass in my hatch back replaced, not my windshield. The tech was great! Very polite and professional. Not a single speck of glass was left in the car including inside the lift gate. I was expecting to hear some, or at least one, piece of glass rattleing around in there when I opened the gate. Nope, nada, nothing. Not sure how he got it all out of there. Being a rear glass he had to remove an overhanging trim piece and lower trim piece that don't exist on a front window. It's all back in place the way it was when he got there. I should have a picture posted. Ignore the dirty window. The tech left it crystal clean. I have been out in the rain since the install. No leaks.

  I recently had my window replaced at home by technician named Silas. I was blown away that this young man of 21 years old had adopted his two sisters when he was only 18. He also casually mentioned that he owns his home where they All reside. Silas is a hard-working, very mature, wonderful young man that represents your company very well. You’re very fortunate to have such a wonderful young man on your team and I hope other folks that you have RS wonderful person as he is and equally a smart, very efficient technician. Doug

  My wife took the car I to have the windshield replaced because I was out of town. When I returned I opened the hood to find plastic clip had not been reinstalled at the lower windshield shroud and both battery terminals exposed. The rest of their work was good. This is the same problem I had 5 years ago when they replaced my windshield. When I went back to get a replacement clip they said I needed to bring the car in, I just wanted my clip back. Not worth my time! I strongly suggest you look under your hood before and after they replace your windshield. Take pictures to prove all was there before they work on it.
