  Very pleased with my Safelite experience! A small pebble hit my windshield and within 48 hours it had spread across the entire windshield due to the fluctuating weather temperatures. I was able to easily set an appointment with Safelite and they worked directly with my insurance company. I knew what to expect prior to the appointment. No surprises! The tech was professional and friendly. I’ve been in customer service for 30 years so that is always something I rate highly! He explained what he would do and how long it would take. When the work was completed, he explained to not wash the car for 2 days and thanked me for choosing Safelite. Great overall experience!

  Erik, the Safelite Technician, was prompt and transparent in letting me know everything that was going on. From his ETA to what I can expect after my window was fixed, he was spot on.

  The gentleman who helped me was super nice and helpful. Also glad they can come out to you. I was able to get my windshield fixed while I was at work

  Replacing my Audi Q5 windshield could not have been easier. This SUV requires some calibration so needed to be done in the shop not our driveway. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the work was done timely. All of the systems in my car are up and running perfectly. Thank you to the staff in the Columbus location!

  Very happy with the service. I had the back glass in my hatch back replaced, not my windshield. The tech was great! Very polite and professional. Not a single speck of glass was left in the car including inside the lift gate. I was expecting to hear some, or at least one, piece of glass rattleing around in there when I opened the gate. Nope, nada, nothing. Not sure how he got it all out of there. Being a rear glass he had to remove an overhanging trim piece and lower trim piece that don't exist on a front window. It's all back in place the way it was when he got there. I should have a picture posted. Ignore the dirty window. The tech left it crystal clean. I have been out in the rain since the install. No leaks.
