- DSD Smith6 days ago1.0Hard to deal with. Insurance pays rental on estimate times. Paid out of pocket for rental since shop was backed up and over promised. Would not recommend.

The service, the COMMUNICATION and overall kind people are 10/10. Our car looks brand new and it was even complete weeks early. I will say we prefer the grandview location. We never had to reach out for updates and the partnership with Progressive was more timely.

Andrew did a excellent job taking care of me and handling all the headaches of dealing with the at fault drivers insurance. I am so thankful for Andrew and the team at Rifes.
