  From start to finish, the entire experience at Rife's Autobody exceeded my expectations. The repair work was outstanding—my car looks perfect, and honestly, I can't tell anything ever happened to it. What impressed me most was how easy they made the process. They worked directly with my insurance company and helped make sure everything was handled properly. My account representative was fantastic—friendly, professional, and always keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I never had to wonder what was going on because they stayed in touch throughout the entire process. The customer service was exceptional. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. Even the facility itself was clean, organized, and professional, which says a lot about how they run their business. The biggest surprise? I got my car back in less than a month, and the quality of the work was top-notch. If you need body work done, save yourself the time and stress.   Ashley was our representative and to echo another customer, she was simply amazing throughout the entire process. If you need a high quality repair shop that will do the right thing when dealing with insurance adjusters; this is the repair shop for you. The entire team was very professional, responsive, and delivered on all of their commitments.

  Someone hit my car in a parking lot this week. I have some damage to the hood/front end area. The A/C also does not work after the impact. Took it to Rife's for an inspection and they told me since the radiator wasn't damaged it's highly unlikely the A/C stopped working from the hit and run and my insurance wouldn't cover it unless I can prove it went out then...almost felt like she was accusing me of lying about the A/C. Then they proceeded to tell me I'd have to leave the car and it would be one month maybe longer before it'd be fixed. They do not have loaner cars and I'd have to get a rental car for a couple months or figure something else out. Ended up leaving. The lady at the front desk was friendly at least...but I'll never come back to this place.

  Communication is the best, got everything done way faster than I expected and everything looks better than before I got in the accident. Very happy with the work done and won't be going anywhere else.
