  I came in for what I understood to be an A/C diagnostic, but the interaction quickly shifted from objective troubleshooting to a high-pressure framing: the staff member controlled the conversation, asserted authority based on a questionable visual claim, dismissed relevant information I provided about the vehicle’s history and symptoms, and rapidly anchored the discussion around expensive compressor-related work and system flushing. When I raised a model-specific concern about possible heat blending/heater valve behavior, the response became dismissive rather than diagnostic. I left because I did not receive a data-based explanation or a clear diagnostic process before being steered toward costly repairs. I am not sure about his technical expertise in A/C diagnostics, but in this interaction, the strongest impression he gave was the use of sales psychology rather than a careful, evidence-based diagnostic approach.

  I was looking for a new mechanic after being dissatisfied with my previous one. I scoured the internet looking for a reputable place with reasonable prices. I found that and more with One Call Auto Mechanic. They were very professional, informative, and helpful. They fixed my shocks, mounting, and brakes all in the same day for a great price! Even though I have to drive 15 minutes to get there, I've found my new shop. I now feel confident with taking my car on a long road trip.

  I don’t write reviews often, but Matt and the entire team at One Call Automotive truly earned this one. Finding an honest mechanic is rare. Finding one who genuinely cares about the person behind the wheel is even rarer. I called them while driving back from Cleveland, and he could hear the worry in my voice. Instead of putting me on a waiting list or brushing me off, he simply said, “Get over here as soon as you can.” From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. The first thing Matt did was say, “Let’s go take a ride together.” That alone earned my respect. He wanted to hear and feel exactly what I was experiencing instead of making assumptions. That level of care and transparency is something you don’t come across often anymore. What I expected would take days was diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in just a few hours. More importantly, every conversation was honest. There was never a moment where I felt pressured or taken advantage of. He explained everything clearly and treated my suv as if it were his own. Matt leads with integrity. You’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll recommend your shop to anyone who asks. :) thank you!

  NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK🪡 ‼️ ONE CALL AUTO is a team of honest 😇 professionals… Other mechanics 😈🏧 have destroyed💥💣 my vehicles 🚗 since 18 years old, I’m 53. Pricing is ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE ⭐️ 💰 NO UPSELLING⬆️, or OVERCHARGING🤑 This is the only auto mechanic shop I trust💯. I was a pit bull 🐾 full of questions❓ and relentless 🤺about seeing worn parts. They stand firm on integrity. No worries😓about my daughter’s car 🚘 overheating 🔥😱or parts broken deliberately🫣. She travels 🏃🏽‍♀️every day to work and takes the baby👶🏼 to daycare🎈. I ask❓ her how’s the car running everyday, no complaints🥰. Men🙋‍♂️ or women🙋🏾‍♀️ can rely on ONE CALL AUTO. 💙 I plan to travel long distances for their services.   My initial call was with Tracy, and he was fantastic. This location was the only one who could not only get my appointment promptly scheduled (8am the next day) but were very upfront and honest about services and pricing. Matt was the lead technician, and was wonderful. He walked us through each charge, what needed done and how urgent each issue was. There was no pressure or upselling, just genuine business kept cut and dry. Matt was able to lend us a temporary car for the day, we only needed it until 1pm (assuming they needed to set my car up, my guess was 9am-12:30pm for the actual labor on the car). There was wifi so if you need to sit for a while, you're not totally out of luck. Overall, the customer service and schedule maintenance was quick, professional, economic, and efficient. I came in expecting to pay $1,000+ for my services, but my wife and I had a laugh during checkout because we couldn't believe how low the pricing was. The shop is unassuming and on the smaller side, but believe they will take good care of you and your car. Matt, Tracy, and James (did not directly interact with him) did fantastic work for us and I will be coming back when I need more work done.
