  Ironically not 'one call' at all for me. They refused to even look at my car because, as I was told, they’re “a good shop that has good reviews” and therefore didn’t want to take on the risk that there could potentially be an issue with the work and they could be held liable. I can understand a shop being selective about the jobs it takes on, and I wouldn’t necessarily have had a problem with that decision if it had been communicated professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was quite rude and dismissive. What made the experience more frustrating is that every other shop I contacted was willing to take on the work, so it seems this shop’s excellent ratings may have made them particularly hesitant to take on anything they perceive as even a slight risk. While I obviously can't speak to the quality of the work here, I would've appreciated a much more professional interaction here.

  Came in for a pre-purchase inspection and Matt was absolutely incredible. Extremely kind, sweet, and helpful! I ended up not purchasing the car because of him, which I’m incredibly grateful for because there were SO many things wrong with it, and he gave me advice on how to look for cars going forward. He even said my next pre-purchase inspection was free with him because of this experience. Thank you, Matt!! ♥️

  Very good mechanic. I saved over $1000 on a costly transmission repair coming here rather than going with the mechanic where the repair was originally quoted. They also did my brakes at a great price. Very professional service and clear timeline as well. Highly recommend.

  Couldn’t recommend this place more. Had been told my car had issues by a dealership. Took it in to complete auto service and talked to Matt who said they were trying to take advantage of me and take more money. Not only that but he physically showed me all potential future issues and told me what I need to look out for with those issues. 10/10 people and service. I will be a customer now for all future auto needs!

  About 4 years ago. I walked to one call auto mechanics . I lived close by and was broken down. Matt was my first point of contact. He went out of his way to help me. It's rare to kind such a genuinely good person that is also an excellent mechanic. He has been helping me keep an old reliable vehicle running long past its prime. I don't think you'll find a better auto shop in Columbus. And to the rest of the team at one call auto outstanding!
