One call auto really helped me out!!! I brought my car to them and they had figured out what was wrong in about an hour and had the job finished the same day. They also worked with me on the bill and made it work for me! I really appreciate the work they did and most importantly they don’t treat you like a customer, it was more like a good friend helping you out! I’ll be back for sure!

I brought my car in for brake work, and Matt and his team were exceptionally open and honest about the work that I needed done, as well as the cost for the work. Additionally, the cost for the work was very fairly priced, and significantly lower than other mechanic shops in the Columbus area. Furthermore, they are very kind and personable people who take time to get to know their customers, which is something I really appreciate. Finally, I have a family member who is currently learning to drive, and they very kindly gave me five traffic cones that they didn't need to help her practice the maneuverability test. I can say with confidence that this is an awesome family business, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs work done on their car.

I got an expensive estimate for repairs on my Honda Civic from Firestone and brought it here for a second opinion after hearing multiple good reviews. Matt and Trace were kind, knowledgeable, and courteous, and they took the time to get to know me and my car. After taking a look at it, they told me exactly what was wrong and it wasn’t a service they offered so they didn’t even charge me for the vehicle inspection. I was able to get it repaired the same day for far less than Firestone wanted and now my car is running perfectly again. Thank you so much for your help, Matt and Trace! My family and I will definitely bring our cars here again.

Matt treated me like a close personal friend! I was in town from NY for the weekend and had a broken coil spring. He took me right away on a Saturday and fixed my truck. I would highly suggest him to anyone.

Quality and honest service for a fair price! It’s hard to find a mechanic that will diagnose your vehicle properly and only fix what is necessary. It’s not a big brand shop that will overcharge and have teenagers do the work for you. It can be difficult to find various trades/auto services around Columbus that are actually quality work and not ripping you off and running up your bill. This is one that I would highly recommend to my friends and family. They get you in quick and turn around is fast.
