  Cam was amazing. His service and explanation of various tires was impeccable. His was kind and polite and helped me calm as I was frazzled due to my tire being flat. Thank you Cam and we will be back to get other tires from NTB.

  II visited NTB (National Tire & Battery) today and had a great experience. The service was fast, organized, and very professional. The staff were extremely friendly and respectful, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping every customer. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would especially like to thank Cam—he was outstanding. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear and honest way, and I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality car service! 👍

  The prices they quote are crazy. Just parts alone are marked up 250% of what you could get at their local advanceautoparts dealer online. Even the service hours they quote and service pricing is equally crazy. Similar experience to what others have experienced in pricing. The money sucking branded car dealerships are cheaper than them. Another NTB 5 miles away from them quoted me half the price for the exact same service and a local mechanic quoted a quarter of what these guys quoted me. I also question their methods of doing business. They will oversell their services and after the services are performed change the terms of service. They also do not have appropriate tools and equipment for some services they offer. Very bad experience with the current management. Not a happy camper. If you want service done well and at a fair price buy your own parts and find a local shop that can install those for you at half the price these people ask. All the positive reviews you see here are either from a different management or from people who have no idea what fair pricing and good service is.

  Walked in without an appointment after having a flat on the side of the highway. Cam was very helpful. NTB had the tire I needed in stock and everything was replaced before we finished appetizers at the restaurant next door.
