  Very disappointed. Came in today to get my suspension inspected and fixed I stood at the waiting counter for 10 minutes. The mechanic just looks over me and then went back to his work. Never acknowledged me never came or sent someone in to get me wrote up. I went to Firestone bye Mr. tire.

  This Sunday I was on my way home to Pennsylvania, from seeing my daughter in a play, when I noticed that my front tire was almost shredded. I drove and seen that they were open on a Sunday! I purchased 4 tires, the man was very nice and gave me a great deal on tires, so that I could make my way back home safely! Thank you so much for helping us on a Sunday!

  Great price. Didn't try to oversell, just helped with an allignment while fixing another issue. Didn't even know if they would have the clips I needed. Would recommend.

  ALEC IS AN ANGEL!!! My friend and I were driving home which was an hour away and on the highway one of my tires went FLAT! Just happened to be right next to a Mr. Tire when we pulled off. And even though they were literally closing up for the day, Alec saved us and got us back on the road. If it wasn’t for him we would have been stuck. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we truly are but that man needs a raise! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! 🙏 😊

  I have been take my vehicle to Mr Tire for years and now I take my daughter's car and always had great service, however this time I didn't quite have a great experience. I had an appointment at the high street location set at 1pm remind when I made the appointment I confirmed I will be staying at the appointment and not just dropping it off for an oil change, when I got there the guys tells me that the appointment setter overbooked them about 14 cars around the same time that morning and because of this they cannot get to my vehicle until 3 hours later, I said well it would have been nice if y'all would have called me to tell me this I could have made arrangements to drop it off and not be stuck, they acted as if they didn't care, so I called another Mr Tire and was able to get my daughter car an oil change right away with no problem, I get things happen outside of your control, however it's how you handle it with a loyal customer.
