  Incredible service. Joe was great to work with and he was very accommodating. His customer service, communication, and honesty were all top notch. We had a very tight deadline and they did everything they could do to turn the vehicle around quickly, and we received our vehicle sooner than expected. I hope we never need a body shop again, but if we do, McCombe’s will be the first call!

  I was recommended to McCombe’s for repairs after my car was stolen and had significant internal damage upon retrieval. They were super easy to work with & always answered any questions I had throughout the process. Allison and Kevin are the ones I mainly worked with and they were incredible in assisting me and keeping communication open with me regarding updates to my car. Definitely check them out if you’re needing any work done!!

  My RAV4 was involved in a hit-and-run while it was parked in a parking lot, so I ended up having to use my own insurance to cover the repairs. McCombe was the second body shop I visited, and from the start, they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I only have one vehicle and didn’t have rental car coverage on my insurance policy (I’ve since added it). The first shop I visited told me I’d be without my car for one to two months, which simply wasn’t an option. When I came to McCombe for my estimate, I explained my situation to Sam. He was upfront that they were busy and it might be about three weeks before they could begin repairs. Since it was the beginning of July and temperatures were extremely hot, he also told me I could keep driving my car until they were ready for it so I could continue getting to and from work and instead of waiting three weeks I could bring it in two weeks later, they had me bring it in after just a two week wait (instead of three) and estimated it would take about a week, or two weeks at the absolute most. Although the Carwise tracker wasn’t updated during the first week of the repair process, it did start updating on Monday of the second week and my car was repaired and ready for pickup by Wednesday of the second week, exactly as promised. I am not sure if it is supposed to update during the teardown part of the repairs or not which I assume happened in the first week. Sam and everyone at the front desk were friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They kept their word, did quality work, and made a difficult experience far less stressful than I expected. I would absolutely recommend McCombe to anyone who needs auto body repair. Edit: I also wanted to add a thank you to the employees I didn’t personally meet but who worked on my vehicle. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail they put into getting my RAV4 back on the road.
