- MCMatt CrouchMay 30, 20262.0This place is stingy with the minutes. When I arrived I set a stop watch on my phone and went to the Pizzuti Gallery next door. When I got to the exit to pay my stop watch said it had been 56 minutes. The attendant who was at the gate explained that my ticket showed that I was 4 minutes over so I had to pay for two hours. There was no discussion when I explained this to the attendant. That's an 8 minute difference in our clocks.

I have used other garages in the downtown area, parked for much longer, and charged much less than $40.00 *Update 1/14/26* After reaching out to the business email provided, I was promptly and professionally responded to and have been issued a $28.00 refund. Thank you to Josh and management for making this right.
