  The garage itself is decent, and the parking was convenient for my place of work. However, the policies in place here for recurring subs make no sense. My company is moving locations, and I needed to cancel my subscription as a result. Come to find out, if you do not give the garage 30 days notice (even if you cancel your payment authorization well in advance), they will still charge your card for the next one and a half months. Because of this, I ended up paying $172 to park for one day. In addition, you cannot cancel your subscription online, so it makes the whole process confusing and very frustrating. I'm guessing this is because you have to return your parking pass to them? Which, by the way, is not included in the $115 monthly fee. The pass itself is a separate $24 charge that they do not return to you once you give the card back. They said it was the fee for loading the info on the card...Imagine if hotels charged you to load your room key lol. To summarize: It's a convenient facility, but LAZ isn't clear about their policies regarding cancellation. Be sure to cancel your parking way in advance if you don't want to end up paying $172 for one day of parking!

  This is a very nice parking garage located in downtown Columbus I've used it several times I've had a great experience

  This morning after trying several times to get the machine to read my ticket without any success I pushed that help button and wished I never did. After staying on hold for 5 minutes the rudest most disrespectful person ever finally picked up … oh I forgot he does not know how to do math either. He proceeded to ask me for the Ticket number, date and time in which I gave him .. then he said did you say 5/10 I said yes he said that is 2.5 half days so just push that “Lost my Ticket” button. The machine asked me for the Maximum charge of $30 so I tried to explain to him that I use their Garage on weekly based and that I stay normally longer than that and I never pay that much. He said that is impossible and hang up the phone leaving me with no option but to pay the $30 to get out of the Garage. Of course because he is blinded by his attitude he did not realize that if he bothered to calculate how long I stayed he would have noticed it was less than 1.5 days. Seeing other reviews, it seems that this Garage and this company are notorious for nasty and rude employees. I have used this Garage on a weekly based for almost 10 months now but no more. DO NOT Reward a bad company with your business there are plenty of alternatives even if they are more expensive.

  Worse garage EVER. Dont park there. The woman that works in the office is sooo rude and worthless. The security there is terrible and not safe at all. Never encountered anyone who hates their job more than her.
