- JMJared MartinMay 10, 20263.0I was very appreciative of the team at Jiffy Lube recognizing a healthcare discount for me for my brakes, which included emergent caliper replacement as well that I was not expecting initially. I recommend that customers are extra specific in the questions they ask upfront: I was under the impression that a light bulb installation would be covered as nominal fees after the more significant expense of caliper, rotor and brake pads were all done the same afternoon, based on the conversation I had with staff. I also was under the impression from staff that the nominal fee of taking an Uber to my apartment would be deducted from the total, even though there was still the initial discount taken off. Again, I very much appreciate the work the team provided for me this weekend, I just recommend extra explicit communication and question-asking when regarding total price in the future.
