    They bailed me out today! I had a gash in one tire and by the grace of God the hooked me up with all 4 tires because they all needed replaced. They got me in same-day, and were very professional and kind! I highly recommend this place! John, you rock!

    Staff was nice. He got me a good deal on a new tire for my CRV, I gave it 3 stars because ever since I left, my tire says off balance. I stopped by and they didn’t even check air, just calibrated which did not help because my car said I need air.

    I’ve had multiple issues with appointments, pricing and recommendations in general from the Fishinger rd location. There should be direct connection with the actual shop vs a call center since it seems that’s where the issues stem from. Call center gave me one price and I was given a different upon arrival on multiple occasions. I’ve scheduled appointments through call center and upon arrival they didn’t have the appointment at all. At this point I’m just fed up and going to find another location. This was just a simple oil change. No need for all of the hoops.
