  I took my 4Runner here for an oil change and tire rotation. Both the technician who serviced my vehicle and the day’s acting manager told me I had a brake fluid leak. Both men tried to get me to agree to both a brake service and air filter change, even after I declined at least once. I changed the filters myself in 5 minutes for over $100 less than the shop quoted. I took my car to another shop for a brake diagnostic and they immediately knew it wasn’t a brake fluid leak, but a ruptured rear axle seal and broken wheel bearing. Tire Choice tried to pressure me into over $1,000 of work for a problem I didn’t even have, didn’t even do my tire rotation, and I later discovered they left the cap off the brake fluid reservoir - just sitting under my hood. I’ve used this shop for a couple years for oil changes, tires, etc. but I will not be using anyone in this network again.

  I brought my 2015 Nissan Sentra in with a flat tire and they went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road the same day. I would highly recommend this location. Customer service was an A+

  Save yourself some money and headaches. Got a quote from another tire shop that included alignment and oil change and was out the door for the same tires at $1,350. Their online price said $1,100 but didn’t include anything. So I thought okay, I’m still a couple thousand miles from needing an oil change, I’ll add an alignment and still save some money. First thing that happens, they tell me they cannot honor my appointment because the tires they advertised were not in stock, and to even get set up for another appointment I needed to come in and pay a deposit. I am still fine at this point with everything. They tell me people have them buy tires and don’t show up so it’s cool, I get it. When I get there he does not know how to take a deposit and it takes about 10 minutes just to figure out when I can come in the next day. Seems like a long time standing around just to reschedule when they couldn’t even take a deposit so I made a drive for nothing. They have a $140 special on the tire brand I selected. He tells me a total, I hear very clearly $1041. I get there the next day the work is done and they tell me $16,41 and all kinds of shop fees and tire disposal fees are tacked on. I will never do business with them again.

  I came into the hilliard location with a noise in my front right tire and john took my info and got my car right in for a free inspection. Very friendly and informative.
