  I paid a large sum to rent one of the Exotic cars from Enterprise. Pickup went ok. At drop off, no one would give me paperwork or proof the car was dropped off. Quite a scary situation. I then tried to contact the representative Salina that helped me rent the car. She would not answer my calls and I had to speak with another Exotic car rep from the Cincinnati area to help me. I explained that I couldn't reach her, had no formal documentation the car was turned in and in the same condition I rented it in, and I had no invoice for the rental to submit for my business expenses. I finally received the invoice after days of chasing but Salena never reached out to me via phone as I was told she would. I also would never rent again with the experience and stress it caused me to drop of a luxury car with no protection for me as a customer that I wouldn't be blamed for what happened to it once I left. This entire process was shocking. Part of a luxury experience isn't having to take photos and videos at drop off to prove that you won't be blamed for a cars condition... even though I knew I treated the car well and did no damage, it's a huge trust problem. Someone having 1700 dollars against your credit card and the turn in team refusing to give you paperwork confirming that is awful. Please avoid.
