  Yes I had a very pleasant experience I worked with a young gentleman named Will he was the most professional courteous went out of his way to make sure that I was happy in the vehicle that I needed for the job I was doing would definitely recommend this company to anybody and I will be going back if I ever need a rental vehicle.

  The customer service was superb!!! The absolute finest that I have experienced in a very long time!! Brice, Rick, and Will went above and beyond to accommodate me and to make sure that all of my needs were met!!! Even while oit of state, they worked with me to answer some questions that I had regarding the vehicle and put my mind at total ease. I must say that I work with the public and know the importance and value of building relationships and meeting the needs and sometimes wants of the client!! I am an Enterprise customer already, but that location has gained a loyal customer and advocate. It's over an hour from my home, but I will travel there to give them my business. Even though there is a location 10 minutes from my home. I will also share my experience with family, friends, and church members. I have already shared their contact information to my friend group!!! I had the greatest experience at a time when I was dealing with a very stressful situation that required me to travel immediately and unexpectedly!! My trip was peaceful, relaxing, and pleasant from beginning to end all because of the Enterprise team!!! KUDOS TO THE DUBLIN-GRANVILLE TEAM FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I'M ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT RENTAL. I HAVE A FAMILY REUNION COMING UP THIS SUMMER AND PLAN FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES TO RENT MULTIPLE VEHICLES IN ORDER TO TRAVEL TOGETHER!!! WORDS CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW THEY STEPPED UP IN A TIME OF GREAT NEED AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THOROUGHLY SATISFIED!!!
