  My favorite location for rental cars! Excellent service from Ben and Mylan!! The car was awesome with modern features. Loved the Bluetooth connection for music! The sunroof was an added bonus!!

  I want to give a huge shout-out to James at Enterprise! I came in giving him a hard time because I really didn't want another Toyota RAV4. I was hoping for a larger vehicle, and I wasn't thrilled when I found out I'd be driving a RAV4 again. James stayed patient, professional, and never let my attitude affect the outstanding customer service he provided. He encouraged me to give the vehicle a chance, and I'm glad I did. It was brand new, drove great, and by the end of my rental, I actually loved it. Thank you, James, for your patience, kindness, and professionalism. You turned a skeptical customer into a happy one. Great customer service like yours makes all the difference. Keep up the excellent work!

  Very disappointed with this rental experience. It has been almost a month since I returned the vehicle, and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. The deposit was paid directly by me out of pocket in order to rent the car, so I do not understand why my money is being held because of delays with insurance processing or billing on their end. I have already called multiple times, been told it would be “escalated,” and still nothing has been resolved. Returning a customer’s deposit should not take this long after the car has already been returned and the case closed. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional handling of customer funds.

  Staff was friendly and knowledgable in working with our insurance company. Dings were only 1/4 tank of gas in car, chipped paint and windshield when we got the car. Told it was normal wear and tear. I took photos anyway. When we turned in car they did inspection, saw chipped windshield, told us we were good to go and refunded our deposit. Later called us asking about when the windshield was chipped. I explained that we got the car like that and i had photos. Staffer told me supervisor closed the issue and there was no penalty. I asked for that in writing which never came. Also did not offer us a ride to garage. I thought that was the whole thing about renting from Enterprise.
