  It seemed like you all were short staffed. Although I'm not complaining about my customer service rep., I feel like she needed help as, she was answering calls while helping me. She was professional but I didn't feel like I had her full attention. However, she was good at multitasking. My rental car did workout well. It got me there and back. Thank You Enterprise!

  It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review, as I’ve had many positive experiences with Enterprise, particularly at the Dublin location. This was my first experience renting from the Morse Road location, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The manager, Todd, was difficult to communicate with. I made multiple attempts to explain the details of our reservations and plans, but he repeatedly talked over me rather than listening to what I was trying to communicate. As a result, important information regarding our reservation was not properly understood or addressed. What is especially frustrating is that we were charged a fee that was never clearly communicated to us beforehand. Had Todd taken the time to listen to the details I was explaining, this situation could have been avoided. When I brought the charge to his attention, he said he could not help to correct it, leaving us with a charge that I do not believe should have been applied. I did have a have good experience with Andrew who assisted us on the day of pick up. He helped us find a vehicle that was available. Because Todd also didn’t specify in the reservation my request on the vehicle we wanted. He also never emailed the reservations for us to view. I hope Enterprise will take the time to review what happened and address the communication and customer service concerns at this location.

  Made a reservation online for 12pm - 12pm. Received a confirmation email and walked in at 12 sharp. Immediately confronted by employee saying he cannot help me and to have a good day place is closed. No help what so ever and did not honor the reservation. This location is unhelpful and failed to provide any customer service.
