  I was prepared to write a different type of review, because one of the employees bothered me so much, but I told branch manager Anisja Harris this, and she made up for it. She listened and showed she cared, so ultimately I was persuaded to give the experience 5 stars just because of her. Thanks Anisja.

  The staff at this location is fine however be aware if you’re coming in and out of Rickenbaker Airport and you are out on a Sunday they will charge you an extra day because they can’t pick up your car. So you’re paying for an extra day that you’re not using the car. Thanks Enterprise! And since I found out, Enterprise contracts with Immigration and Customs enforcement, I’m done with them. Here I come Budget, Avis or Hertz!

  I’m so extremely disappointed… I have been renting from this Enterprise for many years and same-day rental rentals the amount of issues that took place with the same-day rental. Today was absolutely frustrating. No one can determine when there will be issues with their vehicle let alone needing to rent a car because of it. I needed a same-day rental due to the fact that my car had to go into the shop which I had to do on multiple occasions before. And was never met with the same issues that I was met with today. I wanted an SUV which I’ve always requested in the past. I received a call a few minutes after placing my online reservation and was told they had no vehicles that one would not be available unto about 2 o’clock. I got another call that it would be either a Durango or a car and I said I don’t want the car I would prefer the Durango nothing was said in regards to the Durango being scheduled or requested by another customer so I was expecting to show up to get the Durango not a Hyundai ELANTRA car… And then to continue to have it turned back around on me well, you did the same day request. We just don’t have the vehicles and I explained to both of the gentleman. This was never an issue that I’ve had in the past and SUV showed up while I was there and I requested for the car to be swapped out and was still met with….. Oh that’s for someone else I’m extremely disappointed and after countless years of utilizing this Enterprise if I did not have to pick up my grandson from school I would’ve chose to have left and went somewhere else. However, responsibility is something I take very serious… But I will not be going back.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this Enterprise location and would not recommend it. I scheduled a rental and confirmed a pickup from my auto body shop for 8:30 AM. I even called shortly after they opened this morning to verify, and I was assured they would be there. When I arrived at the shop at 8:30 AM, I was told the Enterprise driver had already come early and left. The shop staff contacted them, and I waited for someone to return—but no one showed up. I then called myself and spoke with another employee, who told me they had already been there and missed me. I explained again that my confirmed pickup time was 8:30 AM and that I arrived on time. I was told someone would come get me, but I ended up waiting until about 8:50 AM before I was finally picked up. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once I arrived at the location. The rental car I was given was dirty both inside and out. When I asked about cleaning it, I was told they don’t have access to a car wash. While they offered to clean the interior, I had already been delayed and had to reschedule a work meeting, so I felt pressured to just take the vehicle as-is. I also noted existing damage on the car and had to document it myself. Overall, this was a very inconvenient and disappointing experience, especially during an already stressful situation dealing with car repairs. I truly wish my insurance had partnered with a different rental company. I will not choose this location again if I have other options.

  Compared to the other Enterprises around Columbus, this is the closest and most convenient one for me! Papaa helped me back in December for my Christmas vacation rental and it was a 10/10. I had the Chrysler van which was clean at pick up and was a smooth ride to NY AND BACK, no issues! Recently we had to get another rental and this time it was for the Genesis and again, papa and Austin helped us with the process start to finish and as always a smooth transaction. Austin was great and patient and explained everything we needed to know for our rental. I applaud Pappa for his very welcoming and bubbly attitude to not just myself but to other customers that were also there in the store. He took my bad experience from a previous store and made it a good one and from now on I will ALWAYS come back to this one! Thanks Pappa and Austin!
