- HHHannah HustedJan 31, 20264.0I feel like the representative I worked with explained everything to me about the possible add-ons and options I had, as well as what to expect upon returning the car. The car I rented was a 2026 Nissan Rogue in great condition. I rented this right before traveling to Cleveland and back to Columbus when the winter storms happened and I felt very safe in the vehicle and like it was easy to drive. I did try to extend my rental online and the online chat person said they set it up for me and would send a confirmation email, but when I called my local enterprise to confirm my extension because I hadn’t received an email, they said the extension wasn’t complete and were able to help me with that. I’m glad I double checked with my local enterprise because the online rep didn’t complete my request. I do think the local stores could use more help with taking calls. But the local enterprise employees were all very pleasant and helpful.
