    This rental at Columbus airport is realy bad customer service they dude spatialy the manager he 0 experience at position have they give him couse he is most cominity at city othe then that he have 0 customer service i give this branch-1% customer service

    I have rented from this Enterprise before on a couple of occasions with no issues. This morning was extremely chaotic and it was obvious they were short staffed and struggling. I get it I know what that’s like to be super busy and not able to really give everyone attention but I wish Maddy (whom I assume is one of the managers) was a little more accommodating. I only needed a car to go see my grandmother in Dublin for a day because it’s honestly cheaper than taking Uber back and forth. I was going to then drop the car off at a non airport branch as I’m staying with family and it was just easier to drop the car off close to where I was staying before we went on a family road trip the next day. Apparently they were going to charge me a $400 deposit and when I asked if I could just drop the car back off at the airport to avoid the excessive deposit, Maddy kind of brushed me off and just said she couldn’t make any changes to my reservation. I honestly think she was just kind of stressed and probably would have tried to help me had she had more time but that’s now how you treat one of your silver tier members nonetheless. Needless to say I was so exhausted and just didn’t feel like dealing with it so I just cancelled the reservation and just used uber instead.

    Edit2: wow I called back after over an hour and they had closed my ticket without even calling me. After five years of traveling for work and using enterprise it’s nice to see the first time I have an issue there’s absolutely no help. Just lies and abrupt hang ups. It’s like their road side assistance callers have a time limit they’re allowed to talk to you on the phone. Useless. I will never book an enterprise rental again, I’d strongly recommend anyone reading this to do the same. Edit: thanks Heather probably AI, I’m still waiting for a callback from your super useful roadside assistance line, it’s been over an hour. Really appreciate it, tho. If your windows get smashed by a vandal and road side tells you to drive to the nearest Enterprise location, make them to come get it!!! Roadside assistance doesn’t even bother to check if there’s a rental available so then you’re just driving around with broken glass all over the place.

    Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise. While traveling, I got a flat tire and contacted customer service. They instructed me to go to the airport location where they assured me a replacement vehicle would be provided. When I arrived, the treatment from the staff, including the manager, was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told there were no vehicles available, despite clearly seeing multiple vehicles on the lot. They then said they would repair the tire instead. After waiting more than 3 hours with no updates, I approached the counter only to be told that my vehicle was still not ready because they had lost the key and could not resolve the issue until the next day. At that point, I was informed I would have to wait until tomorrow, despite having no place to stay overnight. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer care was unacceptable. A situation that should have been resolved quickly turned into hours of waiting, confusion, and inconvenience. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

    Why do we bother making reservations for a specific vehicle only to arrive and be told by a smiling receptionist that they don't have one available and to come back tomorrow? My family of six traveled from Arizona to Ohio, had our plan established for well over six weeks, paid for and ready to go. Our plane landed on time, at 10:30pm, we patiently waited for all passengers to unload and then we exited. We picked up our checked luggage, and proceeded to the shuttle that would take us to the rental area, finally getting there close to 11:40pm. All of us were tired and ready to grab our Chrysler Pacifica and head to our family's house, only to be told, sorry come back tomorrow. First of all, what kind of response is that? We weren't in town wanting to rent a vehicle for the day, we were literally stranded at the airport rental facility and not just one or two people, but SIX. The receptionist then asked if our flight was delayed because her computer showed that we landed at 7:30pm.... ARIZONA TIME which would be 10:30pm OHIO TIME. I don't know how the issue was even possible when I reserved the car through the American airlines website so that all travel updates and delays works automatically sync to the rental companies system, which upon making the reservation it asks if you would to link them so that the updates are automatic. Truly, none of that is even relevant to the fact that they didn't have our rental. It just added fuel to my irritation because it came across as though she was deflecting responsibility. My husband was firm in that they needed to provide something as we were not leaving. The manager agreed to walk the lot to see what was available. They even up renting us a Tahoe which seated 8, which worked fine. However, once we loaded the vehicle and began driving out of the lot, the low fuel light came on. We were able to get to our family's home, but needed to fill up before doing anything the next day. The 20 gallon tank took 19.998 gallons!!!! We could have been stranded at midnight with no gas, four children, and dark country roads. I know it's challenging to find quality companies while traveling and the ones connected to the airport are really in a better position than the traveler, so just be aware that your experience might stink too.
