    I filed a complaint with the: 1) Ohio Attorney General, 2) Better Business Bureau, 3) CMH Enterprise Mgt Team, 4) Enterprise national hotline, and 5) Costco Travel. Do you know who responded within hours? 1) BBB 2) Costco Travel Do you know who hasn’t addressed my issue? 1) The CMH Enterprise Mgt Team. This speaks volumes about this particular rental location.

    Toney at the CMH airport location was outstanding! He actively listened to an issue I had with the Columbus Downtown location, and helped fix it, even though he didn't personally benefit from doing so. I appreciate his empathy and customer service. It is rare nowadays that people give that level of service. Thank you, Toney!

    My husband recently rented from this location, they were polite to us when we got there for the rental and everything was smooth until right after drop off. We left the rental place and in less than 15 minutes realized a few items were left in the car in our rush, my husband reached out immediately and was told he would be sent a form to fill out and contacted when they retrieved our items. That was this past Monday around mid day. Wednesday after work he went in person to ask for our missing items and was told that the items were not there and the car had been rented out multiple times, that our items are not covered because we didn't purchase “loss protection” which is wild to me as they were left behind items, not items “lost” during the rental. He was pretty much told to get over it and leave. That afternoon I called customer service who did confirm the cars are supposed to be cleaned out between each rental, so the number of items it was rented shouldn’t matter as our items should have been recovered by employees. I reported the missing items with full description and was told I would be reached out to by regional management. It is now Saturday, 6 days from drop off and letting them know the items were left behind, 3 days from going in person and contacting customer support. We have heard nothing and cannot replace the jacket that was left as it was a one of a kind find here, and cannot afford to replace the Bose headphones and cash that were left behind. The communication has been lackluster and the way we are being treated over accidentally leaving a couple items while in a time crunch is abysmal. It makes me wonder if someone didn't clean out the car as they were supposed to, or if they did and threw away or are holding onto said items.

    I inadvertently left my license and credit cards in the rental car when I dropped it off at the Enterprise in Columbus, Ohio near the airport. A young gentleman, employee of Enterprise, went above and beyond rushing to return my license and cards to me before the shuttle bus left to take me to the airport. A blessing from God. Will keep using Enterprise for future rentals.

    !!! Warning: they may charge your account again the day after you return the car !!! We returned the car yesterday, and this morning I noticed additional charges on my debit card, significantly higher than what we were originally supposed to pay. The process is very unclear, and customer service hasn’t been helpful. They keep redirecting me to my bank and mostly provide copy-paste responses instead of actually explaining the situation. This has been very frustrating, and I’m hoping it gets resolved soon. I would strongly advise others to keep a close eye on their accounts, as additional charges may appear even after the rental is completed. I will post an update here once this is resolved.
