  The person who was helping me receive my rental explained they did not have the type of car I asked for at the time. He did say I could come back to get one like it but he said I would receive an upgraded car cheaper then what it normally goes for and said it would be just a little smaller then what I wanted but would be half off the original cost of 14 dollar which would be 7 out of pocket that I would be paying (insurance picked up 35 a day for it). When I received my invoice they charged 10 dollars a day which seems very deceptive to me. Also the car had a part of it very sticky, passenger seat smelt a bit like wet dog and had hair in the back floorboard. However it was a smooth ride and worked well for what I needed it for. I decided to keep it. A phone rep I spoke to earlier said they would try to help me with the cost difference which is pending. UPDATE: After speaking to the rrpresentative who finalized my bill and explaining the billing issue since that was the most important problem I had with the original portion of my review, they took care of it and only charged me a littlr less than 7 dollars before tax per day with insurance covering 35 of it. So I am satisfied with this experience especially when they honored and trusted what I said whrn thry did not have to since I did sign for the 10-11 dollars a day out of pocket.

  The sales pitch for the insurance policy was too much. I made it very clear that I'd use my own coverage and the agent kept going on and on about why he thought I needed it. He asked a lot of questions even after I gave short vague answers. The length of time it took to pick up the vehicle was prolonged and took longer than it has ever taken. Sales rep needs to learn who his target audience is and to give customer service accordingly. I normally have great experiences with enterprise but this was hands down the worst rental car pickup I've ever had. I arrived feeling good and left feeling pressured, frustrated, and annoyed. There is no telling how many people have bought insurance just to get him to leave them alone. If it would've been my first time renting with the company, I wouldn't return.

  Malik and his team handled a difficult situation after Expedia’s booking portal gave us a false rental confirmation. They helped ensure my husband and I were still able to get to our destination in time. We are very grateful for the team’s problem-solving and care, and we look forward to using them again in the future.

  I was connected with this location by CARSTAR while my truck was being repaired. The woman who drove me to the rental office was very careful and a blast to talk to, and the guys who worked the office were first rate. They even put me in a truck due to the fact that the car my insurance was willing to pay for was having issues. There was no out of pocket difference. The only notable concern was the truck smelled faintly of marijuana smoke, so I’m glad I didn’t get pulled over in the week I had it! Still notwithstanding the risk of smelling like weed, the overall experience is worth five stars to me.
