He was very helpful in accommodating the request and getting me in a car despite my last minute booking. I arrived right at opening time on a Sunday and there were already like 15 people waiting. I was literally in/out between 5-10 minutes. I usually use the airport location but may just use this one going forward with it being conveniently located on top of the exceptional customer service received.
