- LALiz Anderson6 days ago1.0Was just there to pickup my rental because I was rear-ended by someone and their insurance was paying for it and I called right before going to get it to see how they took payment because I have to but a deposit down and they told me that I could use any debit or credit card so I went to go pick up the car signed all the paperwork work and handed my card to him then he said we don't take cashapp cards and he didn't tell me that on the phone he said any debit or credit card so now I am unable to get the rental because the only bank card I have is cash app. Then he proceeded to say that pnc issues same day debit cards. Like if I was able to go to a normal bank for an account I wouldn't have my bank as cash app like wtf

I had a wonderful experience, and I especially want to recognize Bradyton (apologies if I have the spelling incorrect). He was absolutely on top of everything I needed and every question or request I had. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire experience. That level of customer service really stands out these days. Bradyton went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and his professionalism made a great impression.
