  They always go above and beyond to take care of me. I feel safe and protected with the insurance options as well. Never had a bad rental experience

  0/10 do NOT recommend this location AT ALL! I went here for a MIDSIZE rental car after a car accident. They gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage (a compact car). Claimed that's all they had and the car had a missing hubcap. I don't even know how this car is a rental car. The insurance agent even called and said this isn't what they approved me for. They said they didn't have any more cars available even though I was told to call them and Enterprise could get me switched out. DO NOT rent from this rip off establishment. I also called days in advance to confirm everything so there's absolutely NO REASON they didn't have the proper car for me. However, Hertz was able to get me everything I needed. If I could give 0 stars I certainly would!!!

  Needed to rent a van to move our daughter back from college. Called uhaul and the truck was $19.95 to rent but the mileage was $1.29 a mile. Round trip is 250 miles and we wasn't able to afford that. I called Enterprise and was loaned and Chrysler Pacifica for $119 with unlimited miles. We was able to move our daughter back home from college in total comfort. Thank you Enterprise!

  Statement of facts I spoke to a rep who told me she was 10 minutes away I ended up waiting over 35 minutes for a ride to the rental place from a dealership that was 10 minutes away from enterprise Drove up the street and signed for my rental never made it to enterprise. Car had cigarette burns , crumbs, and an awful smell. It had a strong smell of windshield cleaner like they used it as car fresher but neglected to clean the glass . After that smell wore off all I could smell was cigarettes Windshield so nasty I couldn’t see out of it. Called the office to complain and was told the manager cleaned my car . Oh WOW!!! Returned it and have yet to receive a receipt. But there is a charge on my card
