What started as a positive experience quickly became frustrating due to inconsistent information, poor communication, and what felt like repeated misrepresentations by staff. Throughout the rental, I was given conflicting information by different employees regarding rates, billing schedules, weekend charges, and even the possibility of transitioning into a lease after renting long-term. We specifically asked if our card could be charged daily and were told it could. Later, charges began appearing at random times and in different amounts, making it nearly impossible to track what we were actually being billed. The final issue occurred when we were told to bring the vehicle in for a routine 30-day renewal. After making the trip, we discovered that was not the real reason. We were informed only after arriving and after making an additional payment that we had been placed on a "Do Not Rent" list because of billing issues. Rather than being upfront from the beginning, it felt like we were intentionally kept in the dark. To make matters worse, there was confusion regarding our deposit and outstanding balance, and the receipts provided did not clearly reflect how those funds were applied. My advice to anyone renting long-term from this location: keep every receipt, document every conversation, and verify all charges carefully. Transparency and honest communication go a long way, and unfortunately that was not our experience.
