Roadside assistance took my details and told me to go to this specific location to exchange the car. When I arrived, the counter staff immediately turned me away, stating they were low on cars. They didn't even ask for my name or rental details. I drove there for help, not to waste my time. What is the point of roadside assistance if your branches refuse to help customers with faulty vehicles?
