  Customer service is polite, but they made me a reservation for a car that they DID NOT HAVE. I ubered there 25 minutes before the pickup window just to be told this in person. Extremely unprofessional to book a reservation for a car you don't even have on hand at the time.

  While staying overnight in Columbus, our family vehicle was broken into at our hotel parking lot. We required a rental to finish our trip; we also needed to be picked up at the hotel, and be able to return the rental in our hometown. Calling the nearest Enterprise, they were able to get us a great car at a fair price, and they helped make an unfortunate situation much better with fast and friendly customer service and a very nice car! Upon returning the rental in my hometown, Jake, at the original Polaris location where we picked up the car, called me to follow up, and made sure my experience was everything I expected. Thank you to Jake, and everyone at the Polaris/Columbus Enterprise Rent-A-Car for helping us, and providing us with outstanding service when we needed it most!

  Rented a Van I did not get the damage protection. That is my bad. Half hour into the trip a rock hit the windshield and cracked it. I called them immediately. They said that I could exchange it. I drove a half hour out of my way to exchange it and they did not have a van available the next morning. I called several places they still not had a van available. I called this location. They were very rude. Said they would call me back and never did if they would’ve exchanged it on the day that I called it would’ve been a simple repair, but I went five days with a cracked windshield and it kept Cracking. I returned the car and the manager. Jake came in and said that he was sorry for the windshield and obviously he was not gonna charge me for it but then two days later I get a bill I don’t understand somebody tells me they’re not gonna charge me and then somebody send me a bill. I hate being lied to terrible service.

  Once again other great experience from the Lazelle Enterprise location. Since we switched to this location we've had zero issues.
