I've been renting cars here for many months for work. Every car I've gotten has been in good condition and runs well. The team is awesome - they're very friendly and happy to help us however we need. They've always had a car ready for me, even when I needed to make a last-minute reservation change. I highly recommend renting through this location!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car on W 5th in Columbus was a wonderful experience! The manager Parker was very attentive and made sure I was put in a comfortable rental car. The car was available when I needed it and the return was super easy, thank you for great customer service!

Worst Enterprise I’ve ever worked with. To start, I got a car that was extremely dirty with stains all over the seats, and overall seemed in very rough condition. After having it for two days, I noticed a strange smell coming from the trunk and opened it to find marijuana and rotten avocados in the trunk from the last renter. Later found out that the last renter supposedly stole the car and they said they “were not shocked to hear those things were in the trunk and they couldn’t even believe that they rented out that car” but who knows why they didn’t check trunk before renting out again. Point being, I was driving around with marijuana in the trunk from the previous renter, which is unacceptable. This first car also had service lights on. Cam was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional… he ended up swapping me out to an upgrade (which unfortunately also had a warning light on and had safety systems that were not functioning) but at least it was clean and didn’t have drugs in the car. I do appreciate Cam being helpful and at least trying to help though. I would not have even left this review at all if it weren’t for Parker, the new manager. Apparently my insurance quit paying for the rental because enterprise told them they had not been receiving updates from the body shop about my car, which was not true. The body shop has records of updating them multiple times and I also called and updated them and they assured me that there would be no problems when I called with an update (the day before they got my rental coverage cut off). Parker called me at the last hour of the business day on Friday demanding money and saying that my rental coverage ran out, which was unbeknownst to me until I got that call from Parker harassing me for money at the end of business day on Friday when I had no time to call the insurance and get it figured out because they were now closed until Monday. Parker was extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional and overall acted like a rude child. I have NO IDEA how someone like him ended up in charge of this location. I forgot to mention that Parker said that he did not care that I received a car with drugs in it because “that happened right before he came to the store” which is a TERRIBLE temperament for a manager to a customer who was already being patient with something unforgivable. I was told by some of his coworkers that they have had similar issues with him and his bad temperament, even though he had just started working there. Going through a car accident and needing a rental is stressful enough without some immature and unprofessional store manager being rude and demanding over an issue that his store caused in the first place. I was able to speak with USAA on Monday and they were able to extend my coverage, which goes to show there was absolutely no reason for Parker to try to extort me on Friday at the last hour of the business day. If you like cars that are dirty with service lights on/issues and dealing with managers who act like 13-year-olds, this is the place for you. Cam is the only good thing this location has going for it.
