Don’t know if it was just the Schrock Rd location cuz no experience with other locations but associates were super fast, super friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, seriously, I can’t say enough about this experience. They actually blew me away. We even had a rock hit the windshield and made a chip about the size of a penny or maybe a bit bigger and expected them to take our insurance info but they just said, “nah, don’t worry about it” no questions asked. Didn’t try to charge us a bunch of money for extra drivers. If you EVER need to rent a car, go to this location, makes you feel like there is still smart, good service in this world. Give all of these workers a raise immediately!!!

Joshua and Justin went above and beyond to make a very stressful last minute car rental the easiest most pleasant rental process ive ever had! From getting us in a car after my vehicle broke down and I had to leave it in a shop in a city I was totally unfamiliar with to picking up our car at the shop a week later when I came back through town, they made it all easy. These guys are THE BEST! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

The Chevy Malibu was a little bit too small for me I needed like an SUV very cramped in space size.
