  Barry was the difference maker for me. Very personal, made sure I got the size car I reserved, and genuinely cared about my trip and what I was trying to accomplish. Thanks for a great week on the road Barry.

  I rented a car from Westerville, Ohio to the Keystone Avenue Enterprise store in Indianapolis. It was a last minute decision but it was a good one. I called to reserve, asked about possible discounts and the woman in the call center helped me make the reservation and then connected me to Costco Travel to get the discount as a member. It was very smooth. I asked to be picked ip and taken to pick up the car and terrific new employee by the name of Kai/Cai sp? Arrived exactly on time. It was pouring rain but he helped load my belongings and got me to the store in a huge van, helped me in and out of it. There were very ling lines at the counter when we arrived but he quickly helped to check me in on a tablet and walked me to the car where discovered it had not been cleaned. He asked if I could guve him 5 minutes to clean it, had me wait in the warm van put of the rain (the store was packed). He quickly got it clean and then showed me how to use various features of the car, including helping me pair my phone. The car was new and a pleasure to drive. When I arrived in Indianapolis the store was crazy (many people arriving for the Indianapolis 500 race) but the three staff were friendly and efficient and hot me checked in quickly. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone who needs to rent a car. Kudos for hiring Cai as well. He exemplified great customer service!
