What a terrible experience. Purchased a 2025 BMW X5 in July and am still dealing with the dealership in October. Had to pay a transfer fee of $750, when the car arrived there was interior (missing vent clip, vent clip busted off, missing car seat anchor cover, parts of the console has a crack in it) and exterior damage (large dent and imprint in metal bumper from someone backing into something, sizeable dent in door) that had not been disclosed. Also not disclosed was the fact that the car came with only one key fob, which I found out when only one was handed to me after signing (BTW a factory replacement one is $650+). (At this point, had I not paid $750 to transfer the car, I would not have purchased it as there were plenty of other options elsewhere.) I was assured by the sales woman and the manager Dan that parts would be ordered (AC vent module unit, vent clip, and car seat anchor cover) and they would call when the parts arrived and install them. The car was filthy when received, but it was getting ready to be rush hour and I was not driving across town through traffic over some Windex and a vacuum job. Did not even get the car home before the check engine light comes on because the oil fill level exceeded maximum and damage to engine/catalytic converter could occur. Had to have the oil changed, enterprise covered this cost. Noticed that when braking on the highway the car shakes, had to take the car to a shop and pay out of pocket for an inspection. Air filter filthy, rear rotors warped and rusted, and the tires need an alignment. Enterprise covered cost of new rotors and the air filter. Inspection was not reimbursed. Which is hilarious because all over the dealership are signs and banners touting Enterprise's Vehicle certification and Complete Clean Pledge. (Not sure what these cover, but must not be much.) In September not having heard back regarding the missing parts I called and spoke to "Dan's contemporary" Ann, who knew nothing about the parts and I would have to wait until Dan was in to call me. In the meantime I reached out to area manager Ryan with all of the above issues, and said I just want to share my entire experience with Enterprise, as I'm sure its not what you would want someone to experience. Ryan included Dan on his response promising to look into the parts etc. Dan replied back apologizing, and asking for pictures of what parts needed to be ordered as they seem to have « fallen through the cracks ». Ryan offered to detail my car when the parts were being installed. I was asked which days I could bring the car in, I gave two toward the end of the month. Ryan responded back that I would need to reconfirm dates as he is unable to make an appt with the car detail company more than a week out. Dates were reconfirmed on 10/19, and no response was received as of this review. (Important to note the first date I offered was Friday October 23rd, today is the 21st.) To say lack of communication and disorganization is an issue would be an understatement. No wonder both times I was at the dealership employees outnumbered customers about 4:1. At this point I have had to make six trips to either take the car and have something done, or go pick it up from having something done that should have already been taken care of in the first place. If you buy here, I hope you have a lot of extra free time to fill with phone calls, emails, and appointments.

I waited 2 years to do this review because I knew I would have a bad outcome. I had the worst experience at this car dealership at first I thought it was great. They were very nice very explanatory and seemed to care about my car needs. They kept trying to get me in a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan, I thought it was a little small for me. I test drove & ran numbers for a few cars. The numbers weren’t quite what I was wanting so they keep pushing me back to the Tiguan making it seem like that was the best deal for me. I ended up purchasing the car. BIG MISTAKE! As I was pulling out of the parking lot, I hadn’t even got off of the street yet and the engine light came on, and then my screen went completely black. I had no backup camera & no functioning screen in my car on top of the tire pressure sensor coming on. I bring the car back the next day, they put me in a rental for a week I get the car back same issues! They take the car back to Volkswagen, I am then in a rental car for a MONTH. I asked them multiple times throughout this process if they could just take the car back and get me a new car because I felt like I was getting myself stuck into a trap. The bank said that they could pull the loan back within the first 30 days and get me in another car for that same amount with my $4000 down payment. They refused, 6 months after getting the car back the engine light comes on again I take it to Volkswagen paid $1100 to get fixed the next day it comes back on & now supposedly its a $6000 job plus car payment and insurance. My extended warranty covered the engine issue, but Volkswagen did not have the part to fix the engine. They never were able to get the part and the engine ended up blowing in the car so now I still owe $14,000 on the car that I no longer have and had to surrender and I also had to go out and purchase another car leaving me stuck with two car payments. All of this could have been avoided if they just took the car back to begin with and put me in a more reliable car. It was clear the car had engine issues. I feel my salesperson Olivia knew exactly what was wrong with this car and wanted it off the lot so she sold it to me. Terrible the manager also knew what was going on as well and promised me he would get me into a car if it didn’t work out never did lol. Now I have to lawyer up.

I had the most amazing experience with Barry at the Morse road location. This was my first time buying a car for myself so I had no idea how it worked or what to do. I spent about 3 weeks looking for a car and asking people questions but I still felt incredibly overwhelmed and like a fish out of water. Until I met with Barry. Barry was so welcoming and friendly. I felt like I could relax and take my time. Barry showed me a couple of different cars and explained to me the long term and short term differences between each. I ended up finding a car I fell in love with. Barry helped guide me through the purchasing process and made sure I was comfortable and content with my purchase. I definitely was! I’ve been driving my new car for 2 days now and I am so incredibly satisfied with my purchase and very thankful for Barry and how he helped make my first time buying a car experience such a happy memory. I cannot recommend Barry enough!
